Called and hung up on me.

Called my cell and left a message to call them back said they are like a Toyota or something... i don't know? It could be a collections though because i have like a $30 dollar doctor bill i never payed for an eye exam. Why they said it was Toyota i don't really know.

I called them back from my new landline number.  Five minutes of hold time later, a representative came on the line announcing they were from "ARS."  She asked me for my account number, which I don't know, and looked for their records by my cell phone number.  I gave her my landline number with instruction to call only that number in the future.  She explained that ARS is the internal collections staff for Intermountain Health, not an outside collection agency.  Her purpose for calling was to collect on the unpaid portion of lab charges from March 18, 2008 already billed to my insurance and not paid by them.

They called my cell phone, and left a message in my voicemail.  It stated "This is Intermountain Healthcare.  We have been unable to reach you.  Please call us..." It also included hours to call and the number to call was 800-713-5013 which is the same number as the callerID shown on my cell phone

Called and gave me hours to call them back and their phone number, no other information
