I keep getting calls from this number, but when I call back, I am on hold forever.  I cannot understand the automated message (heavy asian accent).  I cannot find any information about this number.  It is driving me batty.

I received a message on my cell phone 2 weeks ago with the same automated message (also a heavy Asian accent), stating to call between the below times:  Monday 8am-2pm; Tuesday thru Friday 8am-10pm; Saturday 8am-4:30pm; and Sunday 12pm-8:30pm.  I never tried calling it back, but I do wonder who it is.

I rec'd the same message. I played it over & over. What I can understand is she is from Prius (?) about an expired Visa (?) I don't know!  But that's what I got from the message!

This person called two times this morning. Her accent made it difficult to understand her message but she said to call the pre assignment department for expired visas.

I don't have a Visa, only MC, so I wondered if she had a wrong number and meant someone traveling outside the country

I rec'd a call from this # twice. The women leaves a message & I don't understand exactly what she is saying. She does have a heavy oriental accent to me. She is from Prius (?) about an expired Visa. (??) I am probably so far off to what she's saying!!!

hundreds of telephone customers call and report this number as just being irritating and useless. no idea who they are, what they do and why they call. seriously strange.

I have a landline for DSL use only. I do not normally use this line so I leave the ring off. Made a call on the landline and discovered I had seven voice mails from an unknown caller. All messages were a female voice with a thick Indian accent, I think she said the name of the company was Insignia. The message was requesting me to call 1-800-715-3854 at certain times of the day. I didn't call, I reported them to the Do Not Call registry.

A company called TSI Distributing keeps calling me from this # .Or at least that is what I can make out of the name from the Heavy Indian Accent on the voicemails left. They call at all hours and when you call back they always seem to be gone for the day..No Matter What Time you call back.

Anyone Else Getting These calls?
