1-800-715-1350 is a 3rd party debt collection agency called Financial Resources, tell them not to call you at work, it's harassment and illegal, call the BBB for help.

It calls, I let it go to my machine, I call right back and a message says the office is closed.

This is indeed the worst company - I am 1/2 a payment behind on a 2nd mortgage .......$222 past due and they are sending me certified letters. They won;t tell me anything because for some reason they have the notion that I have attorney representation.  OMG - if I could afford an attorney, I could pay them....ya think !?!

11 calls in 4 days.  If you answer, they hang up.   If not home, they do not leave a message.   Found out the number belongs to HSBC.  I don't have any accounts with this company.  Since being issued this number from my cable company 3 years ago, I have received numerous calls from debt collectors for the prior owner of this number.   Unfortunately, HSBC doesn't give you the opportunity to talk to them.

I'm going to make a complaint to the attorney general.

This company has called my number 11 times since Friday.  If you don't answer, they don't leave a message.   If you do answer, they hang up.

Its not a scam. They advertised on the radio concerning Digital Satelite .

I am continually receiving calls from HSBC Finance who is trying to reach an unknown person. I assume this is a debt collector but I don't know that for sure since it is so hard to understand the Indian accent of the people who call.   I explained to the last two callers  that they have the wrong number but the calls are continuing.  I tried to call HSBC but there seems to be no way to actually speak to a human.  They have been calling several times a day, into the night, and at this point I consider this nothing short of harassment.  

I'm having the same problem. Told them I'm taking legal action against them if they call again. They've called 7 times today.

They have called 7 times today. They have a wrong number (mine) for a person they're  trying to collect. Told them twice today they have a wrong number. Still call me. Just told them I'm taking legal action if they call again.

I also keep getting these annoying phone calls. They received a couple payments days late, and I now know why. I pulled out all my past bills and discovered that about every other month they are changing the PO Box #! If you have your mortgage set up to pay automatically , it gets sent to the PO Box. If this gets changed and you don't know this, your payment is held up. I think this is done on purpose because then they get late fees. And get to make these awful calls.
This has got to stop! But......who can get this done? They don't care!

These people literally call me six to ten times a day looking for a man named James...My F**king name is not James nor do I know a James. If they continue to call my work phone like they have been I will be locating their address because I was polite when I started getting the phone calls not anymore....

We have come close to resolving; we just finished a loan modification with them.  The loan mod required us to pay approximately DOUBLE our regular loan payment for a two-month trial period and then for six MORE months.  We were told that it would then go back to our regular pymt of approx 1000 per month.  However, now they say it is going to be approximately 1500 a month because of property taxes and hazard insurance they paid when we weren't able to pay for so long when they wouldn't accept any pymts.  They have all but tapped us out as we have both had to retire due to disability and are waiting to receive our disability from social security.  I will say they've gotten a little easier to deal with; I recall a time they wouldn't even try to work with you or accept any payment.

I have been getting the calls too. So I have a phone that can block the call and the phone rings 1 tine and hangs up on them.

I THINK MAYBE PUT ON OUR CARS IN BIG LETTERS, CARRY POSTER, CALL NEWS STATIONS, CALL NEWS PAPERS, FACEBOOK, ANYTHING TO PUT PUBLIC PRESSURE ON THE BANK OF SAIGON (HSBC) THAT THINKS IT IS ABOVE USA LAWS. I HAVE POSTED MY CAR AND HAVE CONTACTED MY
SENTATOR  JOHN MC CAIN FOR ARIZONA. NEXT ABC NEWS ARIZONA INVESTIGATION, CBS NEWS ARIZONA INVESTIGATION. ATTORENY GENERALS OFFICE ARIZONA, HUD OFFICE ARIZONA, IF WE CAN SLOW THERE PROFITS DOWN MAYBE HSBC WILL START TO HELP THE AMERICAN PEOPLE FOR MORE THAN SIX MONTH AT A TIME.

Someone from this number keeps calling and asking for a Debbie Lewis. Have told them repeatedly they have the wrong number and there is no Lewis' here and I have never heard of her AND am not her.

This phone number has called me 47 times in a week. Every time they call they ask for someone I don't even know. After ensuring I don't have an account with them they say they will take me off their calling list but call back three more times in the same day. I hope this company burns. I reported them to the better business burrow and I will be starting a class action lawsuit for harassment. Thank you for wasting my time!

My husband I did the modification when he was out of work. They went over it on the phone and sent us papers to sign. We were approved but as soon as the six months were over, which happened to be a few days after he returned to work, they denied an extension and immediately wanted full payment! Ok how do they expect you to pay full amount when you haven't received a pay check yet???  I also have payments scheduled right now and I am still getting telephone calls from them. Hope to refinance soon and get away from this company! Terrible!

I have had them call me 5 times within the last 6 hours!!! Each time is a different person with a different "out of the country" accent. India, Britain, etc.. 2 of them asked for Robert Gooding Junior. Seriously, Mr. Iron Man??? Each time I've said "No, I don't know him." But they call again. Last time they called, and asked for him, I said, "No, I've told you this 4  times already. Do not call this number again." But I know they'll call again, because the other times I've said no, they keep coming back. Getting sick of it. 5 times in one day!!!

I also have an HSBC loan and have experienced everything you all have noted here.  Has anyone been successful in getting out of their loan or fixing their situation?  I'm close to walking on mine....wondering what happens if you do?

This is Beneficial Finance and they use people from other counties to harrass
People who may be a day or two late with their payments. I received a
call from one of these guys who kept asking me who I was and I kept asking him
to identify himself and asked him what this call was about. He didn't speak English very
well and I asked him where he was calling from. He rwfused to give me any information
so I finally just hung up. As soon as I get these morons paid off I will never
do business with them again and I will start checking every company I do business with in the future
and if they outsource work to India, Pakistan or any other
country they will never get my business. We have millions of people in this
country out of work and these companies like Beneficial and AT&T outsource jobs to foriegners.
We need to start voting out any pitician who allows companies in the U.S. to send jobs overseas.

I keep getting calls for some guy who is obviously in debt (numerous collection agencies calling) and have been for over a year. Just got a call from these guys and the person on the other end was very polite (and was actually a person) and took me off their call list.

Not that it will stop all the other calls, but at least that guy was nice.

Thanks for the info!  I don't answer it because I don't want to waste my minutes!  Never had a loan or want a loan!  Maybe they are looking for someone else who used to have my number!

I have no idea who they are.  They never leave a message and they know my cell phone # too. I am reporting them tomorrow 3/182013 a.m.

Constant ringing throughout week, every day multiple times.  Doesn't wait for message on machine to complete, just nuisance/harassment calls.  Will be reporting them for sure.  According to others is a debt collector, but they sure don't want to collect, just harass.

these people will not stop calling. i never answer and only make payments online. they have the rudest customer service i have ever had to deal with.

Got a call from this number at 10:00 AM on SUNDAY !    Could not understand the accent of the person and they would not say where they got my number.   How do you make a complaint  and to whom do you complain?   FCC?  Consumer Credit?

Keep calling dont leave messages dont know number and it might be Beneficial but if i dont know the number or if they dont leave a message i will not answer... And i tried to talk to them told them i was trying to get unemployment and husband is disabled and fighting to get him on SSI and they dont care they just want money which i explained id get caught up if i can get things...Ignorant people and i did talk to a manager and he was nasty

HSBC will not even discuss other options with me.  I havea rental that was desctroyed in <1yr by tenants and they will neither let me refi nor modify my loan with them.  I cannot even get an American live on the phone!  All they even want is can you make a payment.

These guys call just about every hour . My mother just passed and had credit life ins. on her loan which pays off the loan on her death. I contacted them right after her death and faxed a copy of death certificate. A later call said I had keep making payments. I had to get an attorney  (@$100 hr. ) who told me I don't have to pay anything to them. A letter from the credit life also said that the loan would be paid in full. Why do they keep calling every day some times until 10pm
