Go to the FCC web site & fill out the complaint form #1088. I'm getting 2 calls a day, & they hang up on you if you ask for a manager or to be removed from their calling list.I'm reporting the calls one by one & I think it's the only way to stamp out these Scammers!

Just called them back to find-out who they were. The first thing that comes out of their mouth is if I would like to consolidate my debt.
I called them two times and both times I asked for Gina Miller. The first one sounded like she was from India. The second time I called back, the lady who answered was actually sounded Asian. (Ironically the phone recording sounded like an American.) In both cases they claimed that they were Gina.
In either case they don't say what the company name was and hang-up on you if you ask too many questions.
I just reported them to FCC. Hopefully that will stop them.
Kathy 2011-06-06 20:58:19 Unknown
They call my home several times a day with the same message that it is imperative that I call them about minimum credit card payments. But now they are calling my cell phone as well. The message Gina Miller left said that the name of the company is Consumer Acceptance Corp.
Charlie 2011-06-06 20:58:19 Unknown
Received call stating that it was imperative that I call bAck AS THE INTEREST RATE ON MY CREDIT CARD WAS GOING TO INCREASE. This is an absolute falsehood. . Who are these people- where do they get their call list. I am on a "do not call" list. A
Dennis 2011-06-06 20:58:19 Unknown
Same story here. Same number, showed up as "Acceptanco" on caller ID, same tired script, no response to call backs sent in complaint to FCC. Had a second call from another number with the same message.
bobbie 2011-06-06 20:58:19 Unknown
Annoying call from debt consolidation company. I am on Kansas No Call List. Have reported this to the Kansas Attorney General's office. Funny thing - I have absolutely no debt.
fran 2011-06-06 20:58:19 Unknown
Same deal here. I'm on the Do Not Call List and these yahoos need stopping.
randy 2011-06-06 20:58:19 Unknown
they're back and now as Frank Thomas with the number (800) 717-7948;
This is the same company from California that was leaving the message with the name Gina Miller attached and using the phone number (800) 717-0189. That number is no longer in order but this one is their replacement. Same crappy ring (all crackly), Same crappy hold music, and same crappy foreign accents answering and asking the same crappy pitch.
Good luck on trying to get them to quit as Gina lasted a long time and I am sure Frank is just another fictitious name in this continuous scam.
I am just going to waste their time by repetitively calling them back.
Shell 2011-06-06 20:58:19 Unknown
Same old "it's imperative that you call" about reducing your debt and minimum payments on credit cards. Girl says her name is "Gina". I've gotten plenty with different 800 #s and different voices and names, but all with the same script. Really getting tired of it...any ideas on stopping the calls are welcomed.

I get calls from these people all the time. The latest message said that they want to "avoid the possibility of foreclosure." They've been at me for quite some time now and I think they've decided to kick it up a notch. I'll definitely be reporting their a***s, especially since these calls come to my cell phone.

My elderly mother receives these calls, and it makes her very anxious. She's confused and worried about her money much of her waking hours. I couldn't agree more that these folks are bottom feeding pond scum. I hope to find out that they are busted and have to serve dinners and clean laundry in nursing homes for the next decade. Mom and her fellow residents at their nursing home have received calls from "Consumer Acceptance Corp" from Gary Miller, 800-717-7097, Gina Miller, 800-717-0189, and Sam Abbot, 800-710-4895. When I asked "Gina" to let me speak to her supervisor, she just said there was no supervisor there at the present time. When I tried to call these numbers today, "Gary's" has been disconnected, the other two just ring busy after a very long pause. They've been smoked out of their hole, I hope.
Mark 2008-04-29 22:12:33 Unknown
Gina's a busy girl, I got the call from her today. Looking over this and other sites 800-710-4895 and 800-717-0189 seem to be the same outfit. Other sites say that you'll get called from one then a few days later get the next call trying to panic you into giving up your personal information ie name, social, yadda, yadda, yadda. These folks appear to be the worst kind of bottom feeding pond scum, report all contacts with them up the chain.

Jayna Miller from Consumer Exceptance called to lower my debt payments. I have no debt!! Supposedadly its imperative that I call back. Same message from 1-800-710-4895, 1-800-715-4584, and 1-800-716-4271.

I, too, suffer from ongoing calls from 'Gina Miller' and 'Sam Abbott'. I have filed complaints against both. I did not give the 800 number, though. I gave them the numbers that came up on my caller ID. Are these numbers the same for everyone? Consumer Acceptance Corp: 714-607-5751 and Executive Direct Solutions: 818-812-7998
Ken 2008-04-29 02:01:09 Unknown
I just got the same call, but from this number :909-755-5028 saying to call 800-709-0245. It was from Jerry Miller instead of Gina. Same message, though, saying it was IMPERATIVE to call ASAP to reduce my debt. I will notify the same gov address mentioned above! Thanks
jjv 2008-04-29 00:05:58 Unknown
Now they're cussing at me. I keep telling them they're going to jail. They're getting very angry with me
jjv 2008-04-28 23:35:30 Unknown
Gina Miller and Sam Abbott. Gina said she was from Consumer Acceptance Corporation. Sam said he ws from Executive Direct Solutions. When I questioned them, I was humg up on. The two numbers I received were 1-800-717-0189 and 1-800-710-4895.

Copied from someone else's post, but if everyone does this, they should get shut down.
If you receive a call from this number please go to www.ftc.gov and file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Click the link under Consumer Protection. This company is operating illegally and it is a scam to steal personal information. If you try to call them to have your number removed from their list they will just hang up on you.
If you received a call from this company on your cell phone you should also go to www.fcc.gov and file a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission as it is illegal to call a cell phone with an automated telemarketing message.
Also if you receive calls from this number you will also receive the same message from different numbers and they may call themselves Data Link Inc. It is all the same scam.
b 2008-04-28 18:38:10 Unknown
i would report them now! this is out of hand and obviously making us all mad. We reported them to Consumer Complaints..the more the merrier with these guys I think.
ghrs 2008-04-28 18:36:32 Unknown
Solicitation from debt consolidation company. It is a recorded message from Gena Miller saying the same thing. We have probably received at least 30 calls from them in the last 2 months. We are on the MT do not call registry and we have also reported them to consumer complaints. The worst part is that when you call to ask them to remove your phone number from their list, they hang up on you! When I have asked to speak to a supervisor, they hang up on you as well. PLEASE make them stop! This is interfering with our day to day business operations!

Same annoying call as the other responses, only I am on the Kansas no call list and should not be receiving soliciations unless they are nonprofit. Have reported it to the Kansas Attorney General's Office. Funny thing is that I have absolutely no debt.

We have been receiving numerous phone calls from a Gina Miller with instructions that we are to call back regarding our credit card debts.
We have no credit card debts. I was summarily hung up on.
When I called back today [ 4/28/08 I told the person who answered the phone that we had no credit card debts and to stop calling our phone number.
I officially reported this compnay [ Consumer Acceptance Corp ] to the Federal Do Not CAll list.

I have been getting the same "imperative" type call from Consumer Acceptance Corporation at this number (800-717-0189), as well as from some other corporate name (I think it is New Credit, Inc, but the woman, Wendy Park, does not articulate well) with a number of 800-716-4271. Also, Sam ABbot with Executive Direct Solutions, 800-710-4895, and also Chris Young with Multi Credit Solutions, 800-709-8793. Despite the different corporate names and phone numbers, they all give the same speech about debt reduction program and repeating twice that it is "imperative" that I call them back.
Sheri 2008-04-27 00:07:20 Unknown
I have no idea who these jerks are,but if they call again, they are getting reported.
scott 2008-04-26 20:43:22 Unknown

Jack 2008-04-26 20:00:21 Unknown
I just reported this as a complaint on the "Do Not Call registration site. I think we all need to make sure we are filing a complaint so the FCC follows up.
Solvent in Connecticut 2008-04-26 11:37:34 Unknown
This is the third call I have received. This time it was a "Gina Miller at Consumer Acceptance Corp." If I get any more, I will report to our state's attorney general. I find this all so offensive. I am on Do Not Call list. Is there anything that can be done about this?
idaho 2008-04-26 00:52:25 Telemarketer
same as other folks reporting for 800-716-4271

We get these calls regularly, sometimes more than once a day. Also called the number and said that I wasn't interested and operator hung up on me mid-sentence.
Ring-tone on number sounds strange and I suspect it is out-of-country connection.

Received call from Gina Miller stating our credit card payments are going up and that it is imperative that I call back. Called back to inquire further and was hung up on. Later called after hours leaving a ficticious name and numbers to local and feberal law enfoucement.
