I got a call from this number asking about a part and if I received it, did it solve my problem, blah blah blah. I've never ordered anything from HP and don't know why they are calling me. Sounds like some kind of scam. I might get around to calling them back and just seeing what they are up to. This is the second type of call like this I've gotten in the last two weeks, some really generic message, wanting me to call back.

I received a call about an HP replacement part that received, but it came with no papers, no return label, nothing. I called and waited. I don't understand why I would leave a message. If I'm on the phone, they will just leave another message. Why do they want me to press '2' every few seconds? I'm still waiting. To top it off, the repeating message is very distorted. I won't recommend this service, ON PROCESS Tech, to anyone. I'm writing HP to complain.

They answered on the 3rd call, it was a customer service call to see if the part they shipped fixed the problem.  (It did)  As well as me shipping back (Did same day).  Quick and simple and they didn't try to advertise or sell anything else.  Nice.

I believe from HP wanting to make sure I received the part they shipped and if it solved the problem I had, as well as shipping instructions for the defective part (HP ADF Piece).  Called and no answer.
