Yes, WTS (Web transaction service) appears to be a legitimate billing service.  You may have ordered from an online pharmacy or some other type of service which may have required a monthly billing charge.  In my case, my transaction was incomplete, as I did not qualify for ipharmacy.  But the billing service continued to bill me as if I were receiving prescriptions each and every month.  I called 800-717-7476 yesterday and talked to a nice lady named Demitria.  I simply provided her with my name and explained that I had not authorized an automatic withdrawal from my bank account.  She canceled my account with WTS and emailed me a membership cancelation number.  I also contacted my bank and they had me filled out a claim form, to cover my tracks. If I have any money due, my bank will collect from WTS and reimburse me.

I also had a charge from these people as well. I know I canceled the service a short time ago ( 3mths ) but I see they are still charging me. Why? this is a ticket item for a porn net work. So if a person cancels the service that should end it right?  Not so. These people can and will rip you off as long as you have an account. and you do cancel. So my question is how can we stop them from taking from our bank accounts ? I would like this account removed at once. I know i can never receive the money they took from me, but the service can be canceled.

                             thank you
                           Robert F.

all you need to do is go to achdebit.com. that is the website of the billing company. under billing support, go to "cancel membership". provide what they ask for and you will get a cancellation confirmation for whatever site it is that is charging you. THEN, immediately call your bank and explain that you need to put a stop on these withdrawls... just in case.

I received charges from these people too.  I called them to find out what was going on and to find out who they were.  First, they told me that I called to set up services with them for a website that serves to send porn to your phone.  Of course, I would never sign up for such a service, that is not something I need.  They told me my address information as well as my phone number.  What did not match up however, was my email address they used as well as the internet provider I was using.  I have no idea how they would know what internet provider I used, especially if I signed up by phone.  I did not realize the discrepancy while on the phone because I was extremely flustered.  Unfortunately for me, I was not aware of these charges until after 4 months. (I know I should look at my bank statements more carefully).  Due to the fact this "service" has been in place for so long, I am not entitled to any of my money back.  I clearly did not sign up for this. I am furious and I have no idea how that website got all my information.  I am smart when I go online and only use reputable companies for online shopping.

Ive been charged .06 cents and 16 cents and a penny last month.  I was just paid yesterday and I was surprised when my weeks paycheck was already gone.  in the last month I have been charged more than 150 dollars from these people.  Tomorrow im going to my bank and i will be filing the charges as fraud and not filing a dispute.  If my bank refuses to immediately remove the charges I will be walking out with my money and changing banks.  This is absolutely ridiculous, I have never paid for pornography and I am very upset.  If anyone has any helpful advice - nuzumc@hotmail.com

We had a number of charges on our corporate bank account that referred to this number.  I called them and they appear to be WTS (Web Transaction Services) which appears to be a legitimate charge processing company that could read the charges posted against our account.  They gave me information about the charger (name, telephone number, address all of which may have been fraudulent, and an ip address).  The charges were connected with browsers.com, ipinkvisualpass.com, ipornopass.com and hdpornpass.com).  It seemed that multiple charges benefited a single web site, so I suppose that the perpetrator of the fraud might be the porn distributor rather than a porn consumer.

WTS (Patrick) agreed to reverse the charges and block the account.

Is a supidity hater akin to a stupidity hater.  Often people make mistakes - sometimes they stupidly misspell words.  Othertimes, they sign up for something online without reading many pages of fine print.  For the most part, with a scam such as being reported on these charges, your bank will work with you - even if you use the word fraud.  Supidity hater should probably change his bank.

First off, if you are seeing charges from this number, you signed up for something online.  Whether you realized it or not, you did.  Second, call the number during regular business hours to get support.  This is a billing company only - not the website you signed up for, THAT is why you don't recognize the company name.  If you carefully read the terms and conditions on the website you joined, you would realize this.  Third, if you run to your bank and claim fraud or request a chargeback, you better make sure that it is fraud.  When online subscriptions are purchased, your IP address is traced.  Also, purchases cannot be made without validating your identity.  Records are kept regarding each and every purchase.  If you are preparing to claim fraud, make sure you're willing to file an affidavit under penalty of perjury.

I was able to find the email I received when signing up for a website that contained the suspected biller's information. I found the following web page http://www.achdebit.com/customer_support.html and entered my user name and order id that was included in the email. I received confirmation that my subscription would be cancelled at the end of the current susbscription cycle.

These types of charges are usually per some terms of use that you may have unknowingly, legally agreed to. Did you recently accept a "free gift" from some company, or as a thank you for a purchase? Many times these types off offers come at a price, as nothing really is free.

The best way to handle it is to immediately contact your bank and report the matter. They will most likely tell you to call the people billing you to work it out, and at a minimum they should be able to block further charges. DO IT. Then call the company. See what information they have and how you registered for them to bill you. Ask questions and be polite...if you play investigator, see what they say. Ask for a refund, see what they will do. At the very least, they should be able to cancel your "account" so they won't charge you again. Most importantly, have a pen and paper ready and ask for names and reference numbers. If you find out it is fraud, get back with your bank and tell them to investigate right away.

I called the company and spoke to a lady. They charged my account twice within five days for a recurring MONTHLY charge. I tried to tell her that they charged me twice but she refused to believe it and hung up on me. Now I'm out $50 for something I had no idea was happening. She told me they wouldn't charge me again so hopefully I'm done with those people.

Ok folks, I found these charges from 800-717-7476 on my account as well. I called the number and was graciously treated. When I gave them the account number that was being billed, they were able to verify who was doing the billing (they're just a billing service for MANY web sites) and were able to cancel the billing for me. If you call the number, they'll take care of you. They're not a scam. They're a legitimate billing service for different websites (some of which are adult in nature). Just call the number. They'll take care of you.

I called my bank and got a valid 1-800 number for BluMedia, which is

1 800 983 2311.

I rang them up April 17th 2009 and spoke to a woman named Jennifer who said she would cancel my  "recurring"  charge, and also refund the last charge on my credit card.

I'll keep my fingers crossed
