I used to work for Allen Tyron Wilson, and anything he is a part of is a scam. The company names that he uses is called "Great Escapes" or "Advantage Travel." We would call people and claim they had entered a drawing at Walmart, Subway, or at the Gym. Tell them they "won" a vacation and make them come to the "Travel Agency" and the person gets suckered into watching a timeshare presentation for 90 minutes or they would not get the vacation. However, the vacation had so many blackout dates that it was worthless.
He is not credible, looks like an ashy bulldog, and does not bathe properly.

My friend received the same birthday promotion (United Avis) from "Mr. Allen T. Wilson, VP of Marketing"... I am checking it out, since nothing is free. Motto: If it seems too good to be true, check it out - it's probably a scam. Great site :)

These guys are shady dealers and scammers and if you get a call from them file a 1088 Complaint with the FCC at https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do and if you are on the National Do Not Call List, file a Complaint at https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx.
If the government gets enough complaints from you, we can put these guys out of business.

My wife got a mailer for her birthday - Free Airline tickets. I Googled the number: 1-800-320-1579 and got an id from "Whocallsme" Then I also Googled "Allen T. Wilson" and got this website.
It's easy to do and I also appreciate the existence of these websites.

Oh, and the information on the back of the "ticket" is:
Travel Provider:
Great Escapes
4259 South Florida Ave.
Lakeland, FL 33813
Allen T. Wilson is listed as the VP of Marketing.

I got one for the holidays from Southwest and Avis. I suspected a sham and called the number to see what the catch was. I was on hold for over a half and hung up.
The good news is it prompted me to recheck airfare for Christmas, it was at $381 then $481 and it had gone down to $318. So atleast the mailer prompted me to do something that saved me money and driving home for the holidays. I still wish I knew what the deal was.

I received the same mailing "in honor of my birthday". I'm also very hesitant to reply. Has anyone actually called the number? Thanks.

I received one of these offers in honor of my birthday. I have not called the number, 800-719-7624, because I decided to look it up first, suspecting it was a sham. Thank you for your posting. My offer was offering complimentary birthday tickets from Continental & Avis, however.

Bogus mailer from "United" & "Enterprise" sent on your birthday asking you to call for "2 Round Trip Airline Tickets." This is a sham.
