Mystery Shoppers

Scam operation promising you a job as long as you give them your credit card information.
Better Business Bureau rates them a F.
Company is located in Florida but the owner lives in South Burlington, VT.

Mystery Shopper. They want your credit card number so they can "give you a job". Don't give it to them!

We didn't get a call from these people.  Unfortunately, my wife called them.  She was responding to a "mystery shopper" job ad posted online at a site called regionalhelpwanted.com which operates many "local" job listing web sites all over the country under names tailored to sound like they are local.  Such as capitalareahelpwanted.com

This 800 (1-800-720-3485) number is used by foreign national phishing scammers operating outside of the United States.  Basically, they just want your debit/credit card number so that they can steal money from you.  We found out the hard way.

This 800 number is owned by and operated by criminals stealing money from United States citizens.  And they are above the law, as they are not subject to *UNITED STATES* law.  You were warned.
