I received a call today from this number stating I owed a payday loan and they were filing legal felony charges with my county and needed a statement.  First problem is a loan is a cival matter.  Second the company name I was given was Legal Mediation out of TX., but the phone number is for a collection agancy out of FL.  I can only assume they were trying to get me to admit to the loan by giving a statement so the Statue of Limitaions could be extended.  Idiots.

I just got a call from this number (800)721-0653 saying that I took out a $500 payday loan and then maliceously and intentionally closed my bank account. Two things wrong with that. Still have the same bank account I have had since I moved to CA. Second, it is against the law for a lender to issue any payday advance greater than $300 in the state of CA. Said the original loan was $500 and now I owe them $4,850 or they will turn the case over to the D.A. for felony fraud warrants. Told her to kick rocks

Lady called an asked for people I did not know. I told her this is a new number for me and I just moved here. She asked for 2 different people. I told her they did not live here. She hung up the phone and did not Identify herself. Called the number back an got a voice mail. Also threatened me with federal warrants. Is this a joke or what

Federal warrant's? Class 3 felony? Wow, they are really stepping up their scare tactics, aren't they?

I received a phone call from this phone number at 9:07 PM this evening. I didn't answer so they left a msg. That they were calling from company name FAC Assoc. Stating that they have federal warrants for my arrest for a class 3 felony. Then when I didn't answer they called, my husbands phone at 9:16 PM & left an even longer msg on his phone. I am not sure which is the company's real name. But everything that I have found on this company states that they are a FRAUD!!!

i finally answered and this idiot said he had some federal warrants to serve in my name and s.s. #. i cursed him soundly and instructed him to never call again. of course he promptly called 3 more times untill exactly 9 pm.
