I'm pretty sure that AT&T, the #2 most profitable company in the U.S., and is found in over 98% of America's homes, will be completely heart broken that you won't be returing their call to not advertise your business that doesn't exist.

ATT land line service has sucked for YEARS.    We need it to get DSL in our area.  Now we got new smart phones and siged up a package with ATT.  They sneaked in  a couple pf"free trials" that they will charge us if we don't cancel and some insurance and some special help crap, all extra on the bill, and buried deep deep in the fine print of their enormous  contract.  F*** em.

Why would you not do buisness with them. i am www.lawncareinsaintcharles.com adn have taken 15 to 20 new calls a month. I highly recommend them

Whats with all the unintelligent conversation on here? I advertise on YellowPages.com "Core Development Solutions" and have done marketing and advertising for years. If you listen to what your rep was saying she tells you what the exact pricing is and you have to verbally agree to it. If you're dumb enough to sign a contract without reading a thing it says then who is the real idiot here?

YellowPages.com is nothing like the print directory. You are not listed alphabetically by name. You are listed by heading and keywords. You are not competing with other company's who start with the letter "w" you are competing with companies who do the same thing as you do. People search online for what they want by key words. example: If I need my air conditioner fixed, I'm going to do a search for "air conditioner" not by your name. The first person who shows up will be who I call. If your not listed YOU'RE losing money, not AT&T.

Do the research. NO ONE can guarantee you top placement on Google. They are organic listings. Where AT&T advertises is in the sponsored results on Google, Yahoo, Bing, and Ask.com which make up 98% of the search engines in the world. Your business would appear on the right side of the page and the top highlighted places, which normally is only clicked on by people who are interested in making a purchase, unlike people who click on organic results, who are usually people just browsing. FYI

this company is att and they are the real att dont let them lie and say its a spoof they are scammers. I filed a police report for Terroristic Threat after being told they would crush my business. They were going to take me off google forever. She also said shed come to my house and show me how stupid i am. call the police and report them the minute you see this number. NO JOKE they went as far to threaten my childrens future. Even the call center supervisor hung up on me after laughing.

often don't leave messages because ready-to-buy customers usually won't leave u a message either (it helps to identify which businesses would actually be able to effeciently handle new business) if u dont answer, then you are definitely NOT a candidate for new business

They called me today.  I don't have anything to do with AT&T.  After my brief auto-attendants answers it rings through to my phone, and I picked up.  No one was there, and I heard a "click" hang up after a few seconds.  Jerks.

I have had it with these people. Until I read these reviews, I thought I was losing my mind.
They set you up. A True Scam. They even record your voice without telling you.

Here is how it happens. They call and tell you they are placing a free ad for a certain time.

They get as much information from you as they can. Then months later you receive a bill,

mine was over $800.00. Then they send you a contract that says you verbally committed

over the phone. Now I am not only getting calls of harassment, but also collection

notices. It is driving me crazy. Is there anyone who can stop these people????

WHENEVER I see a non-local number I just answer the phone and either A) Fart in the receiver B) Pretend I can't speak english C) Put loud terrible music on and set the receiver by the speaker.   D) Scream

These people keep harassing me!  I have NEVER signed up with AT&T Yellow Pages.  The ONLY AT&T service I have is a cell phone.  I told them to stop calling me and remove me from their calling list and they called AGAIN!  So, on to the Do Not Call registry (where my number has been registered for years), filed a complaint, and hope the fine that these scammers get hit with will wake them up.

They're not SCAMMING you. Every call from a call center is not a SCAM. Call the number - it IS AT&T. If you don't want people calling you - AT&T or anyone else, don't sign up for "free listings" (things are free for a reason - if there's value in it, you have to pay for it), never put your phone number on any online form or survey. Think about it. No one asks for a phone number for no reason. That's where call centers get your information to call - why do you think there are questions about your job, rent or own, car, etc on surveys/entry forms for contests???

Calls from this number are legit. It's 100% NOT a scam. Pick up the phone and answer - make the judgement for yourself. It won't kill you to take a phone call. They pretty much HAVE to keep calling if they never get a chance to TALK to someone so answer and talk to the REAL PERSON on the other line....

Tammara is not shady. I believe the phrase that comes to mind is Defamation of Character...
