i anserd it for the 50th time and stayed like on hold for a wile and finaly a person came on and it was a back orderd smokless cigarette i orderd like 6 months ago he said they have call center all over with auto redial and sometimes they get messed up

When you call the number back, it comes up as a not working #. That's because you are not putting a 1 in front of the number.

Called my Cell Phone and came up unavailable. When I call the number back a recording plays: We're sorry, this is not a working number.
