CCS medical is very rude and rips off insurance companies and does NOT care of it's customers. They always mess up my orders, I have reported them and now that I fired them they are harassing me. They DO call you if you don't call them! They also email you repeatedly with private info in their emails!

I know that CCS Medical is under new management and has particularly been re-focusing on customer service.  I've had incredibly pleasureable experiences with them recently.

i am sick of this company calling me.  Last night , the last call was from them, as another during the day that we know of.  This morning, sitting at the breakfast table , the phone rang and it was them again.  We do not answer their calls.  but i did a few days ago when in another room.  I told them I was not interested, but that didn't do any good.  We looked at the caller ID list this morning and during the last week, most of the calls are from this company.
Please help all of us.  this company is getting very annoying.

These people are the ones who send me my diabetic testing supplies.  I wish they would release their IDs so I can get on with my life;  I am sorry if they cold call people, but they should only be contacting their customers about their testing materials.  They are legit.

I recommend going with a smaller, customer-service-oriented company.

Check out http://www.westerndiabetic.com or call 877-937-8342.  A real person - usually the same person - will call you every three months.  No automated phone systems!

Never contacted this number. Never need any Medical Supplies via internet. Never need any insulins or insulin pumps from them. But received call from this number. When I answered, I they just hang up. What are they going to do. This is not a good number at all.

I have been dealing with CCS for many years.  No real problems, but over the past few months I get these calls and when I answer, nobody is on the line.  I actually think that they have a robot caller system that needs upgrading.  If there's no reason to call me, don't!

This is especially for Lynn who seems to be very angry about the calls. You are probably getting calls from their automatic dialer that can NOT leave a message. If you don't pick up in time it dials someone else & that is why no one answers. Now, let me tell you this! CCS Medical sets ridiculas quotas & one of them is how many outbound calls you make. If you don't meet quota, you get fired, so the CSR reps could care less if you answer or not, it still counts as a call for their stats. Pretty sad how they run their business. Management there is a joke & if you ask for a supervisor chances are it's just a rep next to them. My suggestion is to research who is in their legal department & let them know what is happening & if the calls do not stop you are going to report the to the FTC. By law if you ask them not to call you back & they do they are violating the DO NOT CALL law. This is the most GHETTO company that could care less about their customers. Hope this helps a little:)

You obviously work for this outfit, so could you get the word to the telemarketing department that the callerID needs to be unblocked and also it is necessary to have a live caller on the phone when you are harassing people, and also it is necesary leave a message on voicemail and answering machines?  Thanks!  I am looking into changing our phone company just so I can block numbers that are labeled "unavailable."  Just because of you!!!!  Ring, ring, ring, ring, day and night .....

This outfit is harassing us with non-stop calls from "Unavailable."  Ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring ... every day, all day, morning, afternoon, evening, weekdays, weekends.   They refuse to leave a message stating their company name and what they want, which to me indicates a very shady business, and of course nobody is on the line if we pick up to beg them to stop the ring, ring, ring, ringing.  I wish I could block numbers, but our phone service doesn't allow it.  They have us in tears with the constant ring, ring, ring, ring ....  and nobody on the other end of the line, and no message.

This is a reputable number...they were calling me about my mother who was getting medical supplies delivered to her home from them through Medicare...they had been trying to call my mother repeatedly and were not getting and answer and call me because I was the emergency name on her account.  When I saw the number I didn't answer because I do  not answer 1800 numbers.  I Googled the number (which I always do when an unrecognizable called me.  That's how i figured out who it was.  I called the number and someone answered right away.  They were not trying to sell anything they were just doing their job..and a very good job I might add.

This is a reputable company. I have used them for 2 years, and they only call to clarify an order for medical supplies or to ask a legitimate question re insurance billing. They supply medical equipment for chronic care-- they are NOT spammers! It seems some people are angry that they need to make a copayment for charges over their medicare payments... lucky you HAVE medicare, many of us do not!

A WORD TO THE WISE !----- SAVE YOURSELF SOME AGGRAVATION , ALL I GET IS LANCETS AND TEST STRIPS , I ORDERED A 3 MONTH SUPPLY , WHAT HAPPENS ? , AFTER A MONTH OR 2,  I START GETTING AUTOMATED PHONE CALLS FROM THEM ! , MOSTLY  AT NIGHT 8-9PM  , MIND U I STILL HAVE OVER A MONTHS SUPPLY LEFT ! AND THEY HOUND ME UNTIL I CONTACT THEM , THEN I GOTTA CHEW UM OUT WANTING TO KNOW WHY THEY WANT TO RENEW THE ORDER SO EARLY . THEY DON'T SEEM TO KNOW HOW TO RUN THEIR COMPANY , AND I HAVE COMPLAINED TO A SUPER VISOR IN C.S. AND THREATENED TO LEAVE THEM IF I EVER GOT ANOTHER PHONE CALL , WHICH IS WHAT I WILL NOW DO !   UNBELIEVABLE !   I OUGHT TO SUE EM FOR RAISING MY STRESS LEVEL ! , WHICH IS BAD FOR DIABETICS !
