Different number and name, but same sales pitch and scam. The number they wanted me to call was (888) 719-9755, the name given was Brett. Definitely a scam. Thanks everyone for giving others the heads up about this company and others looking for naive victims.

I posted an ad to sell my boat on Craigslist and received a message on my voicemail saying a company could help me sell it.  A man named "Bailey" said my boat was listed below the Kelly Bluebook value and that he could possibly get more money for it.  I Googled the 1-800 # he left on the voicemail and came up with all sorts of stories of people getting scammed.  Sorry dude, I did my research and I know how much my boat is worth!  Be careful when selling stuff.  Don't let your desperation to sell your item cloud your mind of seeing red flags! DO NOT CALL 1-800-727-0681!

I want to add to my previous comments: the callers name was Quinn. Looking through the previous complaints, I see his name there.

Yep, I just got a call from these bums myself. Thanks for the tip-off! My chopper has been for sale on Craig's List for awhile and they said "Please hurry and call me. Your bike is listed below Blue Book value. We can help you sell it..."

I have a car listed on Craigslist and the same thing....."Bailey" called and his manager told him to call....sounded very excited and as if he had several purchasers for my car and it was well below blue book and they could get me full blue book....... of course urgent for me to all him back so I don't lose all these buyers.....

Lol, Exact issue here. Quinn called about my RV on CL and didn't hang up right away on message and heard him say the same thing as you  :o) Haven't called back and after reading, now I won't.

I got the same message from "Bailey" with the same background conversation....I called about that GMC....what a hoax!  Glad I did the research.  Seller beware!!!

I placed an ad on cars.com and they said that I can sell my car the full Kelly's Blue Book price. Sure! I never returned their phone car. Because with them.

Received a call from 1-800-727-0681 saying my Motorcycle for sale on Craigs list has been going on for some time (FYI just posted last week Moron) and they can get me Blue Book value, that actually his manager is interested!! Never called

I too placed my add on Craigslist 2 days ago and was given a call from a clearly "attempting Niceity" scripted moron named Quin stating that my car was listed for a long time with out selling it and that if it was still for sale that I shoudl call him as he coudl get me above kbb and that I'd listed it below...

Truth:  I listed it above as a fishing expadition...I don't think this, the second of these robo calls I've gotten is from anyon honest

I got suspicious when I got the exact same recording from "Quinn" twice about our motorcycle.  Same thing with the background talk when he was hanging up, "I called about that motorcycle".  Thanks for the posts.

Same story as all of the above.  Posted a truck for sale in Craigslist.  'Bailey' called and left a message with the same nonsense as mentioned above.  Talked about KBB, his manager, getting full value, even the part where he acted like he was talking to someone else about my truck when he hung up.  Really funny part is that the call came on the SAME day as when I posted my truck and the vmsg said something to the affect that my vehicle has been listed for 'quite some time'.  Certainly wouldn't mind meeting up with 'Bailey' face-to-face and introduce him personally to my truck :)

Just got a call from now a guy named Scott, regarding my resume and that he had a position open today only in Pharmacy Sales and to call him right back.  NOT going to be calling back thank-you but no thanks!

Got the same call, but from Brent. Said the exact same thing as everyone else, here is My voicemail transcript, not 100% accurate, but it does the job:

Hi, I'm calling about that ad even running on craigslist if that's still available. If you need to give us a call right away. My name is, but I'm actually calling will be Research Department of National Auto my manager asked me to give me a call to see if it's still available. The main reason being is because of the for you had a list of the Clear blue book value and we want to find out a little bit more about it and we can actually probably help you get the money right or special hope you get this. Hope that your pager. They're asking price. That's on the cell snows buyer that they're looking for, so that should be a chorals immediately, so he's gonna get the so we can help call US AT (888) 719-9755. Again, my name is brett (888) 719-9755 ask for me. If I'm not available, or man my manager and let him know I like to hook up with you. Thank you very much. Have a great day bye bye bye.

got a call from bailey today. he said that i have to get ahold of him asap about my truck. sounds very shady to me and would recomend  not calling the number back

Received a call from Baily today about how he could sell my car about blue book value, stuttered that the begining of the message and at the end also told his boss that he called about the car. Searched the number and found this site, thanks for the heads up.

He called from 775-990-4092, and wanted me to call back at 800-727-0681.

Scammers hope the law goes after them I got a call about a car on CL, Bailey is awfully busy.
I see they have been reported to the attorney General, I think we all need to report these creeps.

jajaja lol.. i got the same VoiceMail im selling a 2010 kia Soul.. i called back and left a message.. i then google the # and just finding out its  a scam. i tell u what.. i will go along with it and after going along with all their bull s*** i will tell them to wire the funds to Nigiria and i will then ship the car.. LOL nothing worse than a Nigirian Scam.. Take that Bally F****r.. ahahah

Quinn from National Vehicle Research. He actually got the make and model right, but I googled the company name and found nothing. The number he called was different, but the return number was (800) 727 0681. Thanks to everybody posting here. I saved a lot of time.

I got this same call from a guy named Quinn wanting to buy my camper I had on craigslist.  These people need to get a life and someone needs to stop this idiots.

I got exactly the same message, except it was from "Quinn" or "ask for his mngr.

Also received a call from "Quinn" though he seemed to think he was talking to my answering machine. Same deal - "way below blue book" though the RV I listed isn't in the blue book yet...Number was 775-990-4092 and the 800 number to call back on was 800-727-0681.

I haven't called back and I won't.

Received a call on my cell phone 775-990-4092. Didn't recognize it and let it go to voicemail. "Bailey" with National Auto was very interested in a vehicle I had listed on Craigslist. Sounded very excited..LOL Promised to sell it and i would get full asking price. He left a number to call 800-727-0681. I called it and of course Bailey wasn't available, but "she" was his associate and would be happy to help me. I gave her an ear full and told her she better not ever call me for anything. SCAM! SCAM!!!!!
