Tri Cites Financial 333 City Blvd West #1700, Orange, CA 92868 did the exact same thing to us.  He asked for first and last month payment and told us, we would receive the funding for the lease in 5 days.  It is a big lie.  He never intends to complete the lease and words the lease agreement in a way to trick everyone.  BEWARE is correct.  They hook you with faxes first saying you are preapproved.  We did not believe that but did believe Shane Carwin when he told us we were approved.

DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT LOKK HIM UP AT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.....
