Somebody from Ecap? or Acap? Financial Management keeps calling me looking for somebody else. They are clearly debt collectors.

number was unknown to me, left a 34-second message - an electronic announcement of a Salvation Army sale at several local locations... I am on every don not call list I know, but they call just the same.
