They have been calling me for months, and I decline each call. Can't they be reported?

99% of the time the debits are paid as this collector pulls old data.... I work in credit repair for the last 10 years I see this day in day out

They are the one the news and AG office warn you about. You really don't owe them anything. You'll know because they want payment in pre-paid credit cards ASAP.  It's just another scam!!!!

This is just another 800 number used by the criminal devil worshippers at so-called NCO Financial.  It is a total fraud, scam and whatever else you want to call them.  I think they pick telephone numbers at random or by roibo-call just to intimidate, harass and annoy people with their frauds.  It is a cat and mouse game - despite numerous complaints to the useless FTC and putting all of their numbers into my call blocker, they come up with new numbers shown as "Unavailable."  Another number they use is 800-735-6588 : NCO Financial Systems  Horsham, PA (215)441-3050    Fax: (215)441-3923.  NCO Financial Systems is a criminal enterprise that persistently calls about fraudulent  or non-existent debt, period, and won't take no for an answer.  They hide behind a variety of phone numbers, P.O. Boxes and fake office addresses.  The lowest scam fraudsters devils and animals, just adding to the totality of nuisance fraudulent telephone calls.  It is assumed that all improperly or incompletely identified numbers are from the increasing number of scams, frauds, tie-lines, etc.  This is why everyone must contact their elected reps in DC to demand that they significantly strengthen the DNC laws, providing extremely severe dollar and prison sentences for violators.  This is an opportunity for Congress to actually do something useful for the country, not just pass gas and throw spitballs at each other.  Any business must be properly identified on Caller Id, not hide behind Not Available, Private, Unavailable, etc., plus ban the use of tie-lines, phony computer-generated numbers and the like. It is time to ban any kind of solicitation call, whether charitable, political, survey, opinion poll, telemarketer debt collector or whatever.  You can be assured that funds donated or offered over the phone will mostly go into the pockets of the organizers, not to the charity, along with a $10 donation showing up as $100s in charges.  There must be a new scam and fraud being generated every second out there.  They all need to be locked up. We need call control, not gun control!  Please contact your elected reps!

NCO is a debt collection agency who buys very old debts from other companies & are out of the statute of limitations debt.  They call in hope they find someone dumb enough to succumb to their threats even if you don't owe anyone any money.

Prerecorded message left on residential land line (which I do not use personally and is not in my name; it's for work). I owe absolutely nothing to anyone. DOZENS of messages left by NCO. They never ask for me, my employer, any former employee/resident, etc. I have never received a collection letter at my residence OR place of employment so I am hesitant to call them.

These yahoos leave generic voice mails on my land line (which I do not use and is not in my name; it's for work -- long story). I owe absolutely nothing to anyone. I check my voice mail maybe twice a month and it's  2 or 3 DOZEN messages from NCO. They never ask for me, my employer, any former employee/resident, etc. I have never received a collection letter at my residence OR place of employment so I'm not going to waste my time calling.  

SO annoying.

Kurt (Or Curt) Cure, is the name i got, asked "Do you want to speak with a representative?,I pressed 1 and after a longish wait(With Music) a recording came on and said "NO REPRESENTATIVES ARE AVAILABLE" , then hung up.

This is a bill collection agency

They keep calling me at my place of business saying I owe them money.  I need to tell Mr. Squidward to quit answering 1-800#'s.  That is not a local Bikini Bottom # and no one gets me money but me.

Lmai they called me today and the name they said was brenda roberts

funny...the one who left me a message was a barbara roberts.  guess they are a family owned business. lol

Some robo call saying to call this no. and ask for Roberts. Whatever , first of all ID who they want to talk to. There are 100 people in our office so who got the debt? Otherwise, keep on calling all you'll get is the IGNORE mode. A BLOCK mode for their no. would be good about now. I am just so fed up with this robo calls. Waste of time!

I never answer these calls, which are coming in at an alarming rate these days.  3 yesterday (on a HOLIDAY AND SUNDAY NO LESS), and one already this morning.  Is there a way to just BLOCK these calls entirely??

This company has no sense of business ethics whatsoever.  They are intentionally ignoring a "Cease, Desist and Verify Letter" that they received last year, and again this year, to discontinue calling me and to provide proof of whatever debt I supposedly owe.  They have called my home repeatedly from another 800 number that comes up as NCO Financial, and now they are calling me from this one attempting to hide whom they are as "Out of Area" on the caller id.  Between the two numbers, they have called my home 5 times since Monday!  According to my attorney Seth, and the FDCPA, this constitutes harassment and another easy $1000 win for me.  Pentagroup Financial tried to do this same thing to me and I won easily against them 2 months ago.  It is I that will be laughing on my way to the bank!

Received a call from 800-728-3346 saying they are NCO Financial Services. When you try to call them back there is no answer; phone just ring. Caller does not say who they are calling for. Caller says her her name is annette roberts.

Amen!  
But, I would say, DON'T LIE in response to a lie!

seem to be the same business / collecting for someone with a similar common name-we owe nothing
i never answer- unplug the phone for a minute or two and they don't seem to call again for awhile - they are an excellent reason to cancel your Lans line

This company keeps calling me with there automated machine telling me that i owe them money.  The person that there asking for i don't even know. These people are very unethical and disturbing me and my family. I have very good credit and dont owe nothing, to any one.  How do these compaines stay in business and are abel to keep calling people even though they have the wrong number. This has got to stop.

I keep getting these automated calls, several times a week at random times. I was at an aquaintances home and just after one of these calls came in to  my cell and I hung up on it; she got an identical call on her cell. The calls state this is an attempt to collect a debt and instructs the recipient to call some number. It does not give any name. What is this? I don't have any unpaid bills. I never call it back. I just hang up. It is annoying.

Called our company and played a recording. It is not for the company and we do not allow personal phone calls of this nature plus we are on the Do Not Call Registry.
