Idearc Media's collections department. The scumbags at Idearc owe me a $250 credit for services they never performed.  There collections department calls me constantly and we go back and forth about the credit they refuse to issue to me.  All they want is my money they will not help you in receiving what is owed to you! This is phone harassment.  At this point I have them blocked on my phone so the number will go to voice mail.  I will never advertise ever again in the Verizon Phone Book but hell the internet will put them out of business soon enough. Idearc salesman don't receive a commission unless they increase your advertising bill on every directory renewal. Expect them to jack up your directory rates on every visit.  The phone book is being used less and less all the time and with there pricing structure it is no longer economically viable to do business with them. There web page service is also a ripoff it yielded no results and was very poor plug in template, it will require countless hours of your time to make it even resemble something professional... Idearc wants your money they don't give a rat's a** about the customer or his needs.

Ha! HA! HA! IDEARC has filed Chapter 11! Stock now .02 and dropping like a rock!  Expect to see subpenny pricing very soon.. Idearc is getting what they deserve!

Iderac salesman promised me 2 free months through their supermedia name during these month I was guaranteed 50 lead per month or i would be credited and not have to pay. I live in a rural area so it would automatically come up in the top of a google search so i kept looking for my add via google. now its been 4 months Not 1 job lead, never been on any Google search and today this number is calling me. saying I owe them $400.00  for this add that seems to be next to non existent!
If you are reading this I suppose you are already scammed by this BS company
 If I knew how to advertise on the Internet myself, I would love to steer away anyone before they Sign up for the s*** they are supposedly selling

I agree IDEARC has mishandled my online account since it started. They changed the terms and perameters to suite their own needs. When I pointed out that they were double charging me they looked for other ways to pad their bill. They increased the click rate. They insisted on having a credit card to automatically pay the bill each month and they mishandled my billing from day one. I must have spent a weeks worth of time on the phone trying to straighten out the problems I have had with them. It is sad to waste so much time watching over a vendor that is paid to be exposing your business to prospective customers, instead you are watching that they are not taking from your pocket for services you did not order or give them permission to change. You are stuck with them or go to extreme measures to cut them off.

Idearc collections is desperate for money since the company files Chapter 11 bankruptcy a week ago.. The collections department is rude and uncooperative.  Idearc is getting what they deserve.  Say goodbye Verizon Phone Directory.  We have cancelled all future advertisments in the book.

Calls, doesn't leave message. I think it is collections for Verizon Yellow Pages - A company that went out of business once had the number I have now. I have told them several times over the last FOUR years that Daria's Maid Service is and has been out of business AND that I have no affiliation etc. with the company. They go away for a couple months and then start calling again.
