They are from imperial majesty cruise vacations. I am still trying to figure out if they are worth the trouble, or just trouble.
len 2011-06-06 20:58:20 Unknown
At first I thought it was regarding the vacation I had just booked so I played
along and "won a free cruise"...then he wanted me to give my credit card info
for the "port fee" and then he wouldn't let me just take the cruise I had to take the Fort Lauderdale and Orlando package as well which didnt include airfare
so basically you're paying the actual price for the package anyway.
IT'S a SCAM

Re unfamiliar long distance numbers like 800-730-0328 - We do not answer - we just pick up the receiver and put it back down again. I also have a list of DO NOT ANSWER numbers by the Phone and a short list of legitimate long distance numbers. We're in Newfoundland Canada.

I'm receiving numberous calls from this number on a daily basis. I am on the National Do Not Call List and file a complaint each time I get a call. I have also filed a complaint with the FCC in the US as this is a US based company.

Got a call last week to answer 9 survey questions for a cruise....did it and logged on to the website and received an email with the confirmation. Just got a call from the 800 number saying they were Imperial but I just hung up on them. If it seems too good to be true it probably is
Bay Area 2008-12-10 13:00:14 Unknown
The number that they now call from is the 18007300328
They seem to answer
You can call them now to collect "your free prize"
I am always concerned about placing your name on their take off list
That often increases the calls

Look up Imperial Majesty Cruises on RipOffReport.com and do NOT give them your credit card info.

It is not a time share. Buyer beware...

BE VERY CAREFUL!! These people are trying to sound like they ae doing you a favour after all, you just won a free cruise. Just pay port taxes and extra changes for additional hotel nights in Florida. When he asked for my credit card, I told him I needed to go and get it. "take your time, sir" he said, so I did... I went online and looked them up only to see horor story after horor story from poor people who had nightmare vacations.
DO YOUR HOMEWORK PEOPLE!!!! If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

Free Cruise line trip - we are not interested and they keep calling, and leaving a message that we signed up online. Of course we did not.
Please have them stop calling us, they do not even speak english very well.

We've been getting the same call for a few days. Claiming to be Imperial Majesty. Because we're in Canada, they are offering a longer stay but with same story. They want a credit card number for a "small" charge upfront. As well we are getting the same spiel from several callers with the same number and some with different numbers.
Lester 2008-06-11 22:54:59 Unknown
Did you actually take advantage of this offer and go on the cruise??? If so, it is legitimate and exactly as they say it is?
Lindsay 2008-05-24 17:07:33 Telemarketer
I got the same call, I called them back and asked to be put on their "do not call list" this IS A SCAM but they will incessantly call so if you have received this call I would also call back and tell them to take me off their list

I got the same call. Has anyone found out if this is true? They in total offered me the cruise, two nights in Ft. Lauderdale, two nights in Orlando, a three night stay in Vegas, and a four night stay somewhere in Mexico, all for $249.00 per person.
I told them to call back because I "wasn't home" but they weren't happy about that. I am sure they will call back though. Just in case, I'm never going to answer again

I got the same call - they said that the cruise is subject to deporting tax of $59.00. The cruise is for 2 people but can accommodate 4. 18 mths to use but can get another 12 mths as coming from CDN can purchase accommodations at Ramana Hotel & Suites which is a time share for additional $249/person including deport tax of cruise. $129 for addition person (13 over) and $99 for 12 over. This sounds to me like a time share promotion.

I got the same call. I answered the questions then had to go to a web site and log on. They emailed me a certificate for the cruise. It is with Imperial Majesty Cruise Lines. I looked them up and called their toll free number and they verified it was legitimate.
Note: It is only a 2 day cruise. You do have to get yourself to Florida. You do have to pay a small amount for taxes. (Uncle Sam has to get their share right?)
sam 2008-03-06 18:55:39 Unknown
I got the same story. They then asked for $99 payment, so called "tax", and asked for my credit card number. I guess that might be one of the trick (but might not be them all yet).
vidal 2008-02-25 21:13:20 Unknown
same thing here .. i called the better buisness bural they said its most likely a scam .. no one calles and gives you free stff.. they keep calling back every day ..

A phone call I have been getting, and doesn't seem true. Well because it's to good to be true. To win a trip to Nassau Bahama's. So they just called and said I have 18 months to plan my trip, and all I did was answer 9 Survey questions, and now I won a free cruise to the Bahama's I just don't think it is true.
