I CONTUINE TO HAVE THIS PERSON CALL ME AND ASK ME TO GIVE THEM INFORMATION LIKE WHERE I LIVE AND AND PHONE NUMBER BEFORE I GIVE THEM INFORMATION I ASK WHO THEY ARE THEY TELL ME THEY CANT TELL ME WHO THEY ARE UNTILL I VERIFY MY PERSONAL INFORMATION THIS MAKES NOSENCE TO ME WITH THE PEOPLE THAT ARE STEAL IDENITY THEY SAID THEY HAVE ALL THIS INFORMATION ANYWAY SO JUST TELL THEM WHAT THEY ASK ME AND THEY WILL TELL ME WHO THEY ARE.

these people call all the time and don't leave a message, I don't know who they are, and I am on a no call list.

Helvey and Associates..... called many times...... for a bill that was paid years ago.... Went through all of this crap and hateful........ taking them to court :)

Yes, this is an OLD post, but people like this get under my skin. A $1,000 deductible for each hospital admission should be criminal. I'm guessing the other poster was a senior. Can you imagine how difficult those bills would be on a fixed income? Times are really rough, right now, sweetie. Have some compassion. Karma's a bi***.

I have had good success with demanding original invoices proving the legitimacy of the claim,  due to the growing problem of scams and such.

She called several times to locate Marc and left a message that if you are not Marc don't listen the rest of the message.  Stupid!  If I didn't return the call it means that I am not MARC.  Don't try to Vishing me, you got a WRONG PERSON!

This number keeps calling and asking for someone who doesn't live here.  Very annoying, we just don't pick up anymore.

they call asking for my grandson and don't give any reason why they are calling. since he is out of state I rerquest ifo and get no answer. So I don't provide any number where he might be.

they called and asked if I had any phone number, address or place of employment for someone I do know. However, they completely mispronounced his name.  A very common, non ethnic, WASP name.  Sorry, no.

I too receive calls from this Collection Agency and they are trying to collect on the $1000 hospital ded. Medicare requires each and every time a Medicare patient has an hospital admission all year long. My wife is disabled due to a serious staph infection that this hospital gave her during surgery and she had been admitted there several times that yr. so she had a $4,000 ded. bill that Medicare did not pay that hospital. So the greedy hospital that almost put my wife in the grave now expects me to pay them 4 grand!!! I refuse so they have turned me over to this Collection Agency to call and harass us. So all you employees who want to justify working there harassing hard working Americans think about my case!!That hospital has been paid $380,000 by the health insurance company and they are stupid enough to think that I am going to pay them the balance. It ain't gonna happen. I don't care how many collection companies they hire!!!!!!!!!!!!

So just because Medicare paid a lot you think you shouldn't have to pay your $4000?????? Did you ever think if their were 100 other people like you with $4000 bills who didn't pay, thats $400,000 that the hospital isn't being paid. Guess what happens then? The prices go up, so it actually hurts the people that pay their bills, instead of deadbeats like you.

This number 800-733-0256 calls an it is a recorder asking for personal info on somebody an I live by  myself called them back an told them I live by myself an oled enuff to be there Grand father please dont call any more an they still keep calling

I keep getting these phone calls from Helvey and Associates for some body named Lisa...not me but they don't seem to believe its not me because I am a women.....really people quit calling I don't even know a Lisa????

Just got a new number on a prepaid account.  I've gotten 2 calls in two days, I've only had the number for 4 days.  So I know it's not a call for me.  Everytime I answer they hang up immediately.

Just got a call from this number.  They left an extensive message stating it was for somebody who does not even live here, gave a reference number and stated should call back immediately.  I am getting so sick of these calls - I am seriously thinking about changing my phone number.  I am not behind on any of my bills.

This nuber is simply b***s***.  don't answer.

Keep getting calls from this number on my prepaid cell. Since I have to pay for incoming as well as outgoing calls, I am NOT amused. My number is on the Do Not Call list, too!

Someone from this number calls constantly..all day long.  I don't answer because I don't know anyone from this number, I'm not behind on bills, and no one that I know would call someone constantly.

This company is so bad.  A hospital in Kokomo,Indiana uses them for paying bills.  You aggree to pay so much per month ( with the lack of jobs they should be thankful ) but they will still call and call.  NOTE:  No payment has not been missed. but they still call.  WHAT A JOKE HELVEY IS !!!!!!
