NCO Financial Systems is a criminal enterprise that persistently calls about fraudulent debt, period, and won't take no for an answer.  Their number comes up as Unavailable.  They hide behind a variety of phone numbers, P.O. Boxes and fake office addresses.  The lowest scam fraudsters devils and animals, just adding to the totality of nuisance fraudulent telephone calls.  The number for a persistent caller of this nature is programmed into our call blockers.  It is assumed that all improperly or incompletely identified numbers are from the increasing number of scams, frauds, tie-lines, etc.  This is why everyone must contact their elected reps in DC to demand that they significantly strengthen the DNC laws, providing extremely severe dollar and prison sentences for violators.  This is an opportunity for Congress to actually do something useful for the country, not just pass gas and throw spitballs at each other.  Any business must be properly identified on Caller Id, not hide behind Not Available, Private, Unavailable, etc.  It is time to ban any kind of solicitation call, whether charitable, political, survey, opinion poll, telemarketer debt collector or whatever.  You can be assured that funds donated or moffered over the phone will mostly go into the pockets of the organizers, not to the charity, along with a $10 donation showing up as $100s in charges.  There must be a new scam and fraud being generated every second out there.  They all need to be locked up. We need call control, not gun control!

Just got another call from these Toll Free yayhoos.That makes over 30 since mid-April.  I have blocked all such junk for months, and the silence is golden.

Sad to say if you change your telephone number they will get the new one.

get a Panasonic phone with call blocker 1 ring and hangs up on them.stores up to 30 # keeps you from running to the phonewhen it rings

I keep getting calls from Kurt Huer of NCO Financial with nothing  more than a number to call back. I don't answer calls unless I recognize the number, so they might just as well stop calling.

Total clowns- Dispel with full prejudice.  Loser debt collection agency who apparently can't get numbers straight.

NCO is calling the wrong number. Neither me nor my husband has anything to do with a collection agency. I do not answer any calls unless I know who the caller is. They should drop us from their robo calls.

I keep receiving calls from this number, . it is very annoying. Is there a way to stop it? sue the company for harrassment

They seriously need to stop calling. They call about 7 times a day everyday. And they always leave tons of long messages on my answering machine. Gosh I'm tired of it. I have no debts ! -.-

I have no idea who this is, and they call me sometimes 2-3 times a day.  I work nights and try to sleep during the day.  What can be done about blocking them or turning them into someone?

They call my phone at my place of business too but I never answer. Same voice message as above about it being NCO Financial Systems attempting to collect a debt, and to call Kurt Huer at 1-800-735-6588.  I don't answer, delete the voice mail, and have no intention of calling back. This note here is all the time I plan to waste on them.

1-800-735-6588. Nice spoken lady, I was nice too. Advised them that the FCC would like to speak with them about calling people. I also have no history that would give a collection agency any need to call.
Number they are calling me on is about six months in new use with Roadrunner cable company service. It goes to my fax.

Have received two recorded calls claiming to be from NCO. I've dealt with NCO in the past and these calls are different.  What worse is these calls are coming to a business!  I just hang up on them as soon as the recording starts.

NCO may not be the best collection agency (of course "best" and "collection" in the same sentence is weird enough), but I didn't have bad trouble with them. I at one time many years back did have some debt that went to them and it was resolved.

I'm not even going to bother calling them back, this is the most time I'm willing to spend.  The recorded call said to call "Kurt Huer" back at 1-800-735-6588.  No case/account # or anything like they usually do.

These people have been calling me for years! Don't bother to change your phone number as they will get it within minutes as did mine. Years ago they said my home was going up for sheriff's sale as the taxes were not paid. But I am and was up on all taxes and have the receipts in my files. They do not leave any messages on the answering machine. They do not send any letters. And they do change there number and must have access to many. My phone only holds 20 blocked #'s and it's all them. I just got a number blocker machine and it's fantastic! Started blocking within 2 hours after getting it hooked up. It will automatacilly block all 800 numbers and more. I am in heaven already with this. I don't owe anyone any money, my credit is great so I don't know what the scam is all about. But I had 3 deaths in the family but they had no credit cards or bills. Let them keep calling now as I only get one ring and they go to clocked :)

I believe they could be sex offenders and should register with the State Police. So if you get a call form 800-735-6588, they are probably checking to see when your young children are home alone.

I hate all the unlisted calls that come to my phone on the national do not call list.

They are repeatedly calling on an expired debt trying to collect. My number is unlisted so I do not know where they obtained it

I am getting calls  from NCO about a debt i dont owe.

Called me today at the office.  They left a message about debt collection.  I think Jim put them up to this.

They must want to be getting hold of Obama as he is the one that owes money. I'm too broke to owe anybody, especially these crooks.  What good is the DO NOT CALL LIST?

They keep calling my unlisted number for an April Stafford....I am not April Stafford,I dont know an April Stafford....so if April Stafford is reading this....please call them back along with the other 20 bill collecting phone calls I get a day for you....I have told them repeatedly,as well as my husband that there is no one by that name,the have supposedly updated their system and allow 24-48 hours for it to take effect....well,they must have a very slow system- bad technology- because its been 3 yrs of getting these calls.

They keep calling. It's not even a person but an automatic message. So please identify who(the person is) that you want to call you back. Because some random person maybe the one the owes you but not me. So either get a live person to do the calling. or your just going to have your robot calling all the time and get your call ignored. I hate these kind of calls. STOP already!

I am on the do not call list for all of my families phone and still they are still calling,  I just got off the phone with one guy and and insisted that he not call me ever again or I will call the FCC and sue them.  He said he would take my number off the list.  They have been calling me for weeks!!!
