Thanks I looked at the website and called their number, and I was asked how I got the number and the guy said he would take care of it. I guess when you call them they don't like it!!!

BECAREFUL SEEMS LIKE A SCAM

These people are extremely rude and unprofessional, how they are still in business is beyond me. Would give no information on this supposed debt, no even company name or  anything, Then hung up on me. I've tried to call back a few times now and just get a voice mail.

I am dealing with the same people, I don't owe them. VERY RUDE and unprofessional.

This number called me with an automated message saying i should call back. when i did call back they claimed to be some sort of virginia based collection agency calling on behalf of my former apartment, which was in PA & a place I had not lived in for two years or recived any mail from since. they then told me that I should provide them with my credit card information in order to remove the bill from my credit as it was "drastically affecting my credit score" (i'm a 21 year old student, with multiple loans, as if my credit score could possibly be worse). when i told them i thought they had the wrong information the man became very hostile & aggressive, to which i replied that he needed to calm down because I failed to see his personal investment in this issue. I was subsequently hung up on & i then called the police & reported them as I felt this was a scam artist.

Called and told me who they were collecting for but did not tell me who they were. They called about an unpaid bill that I had been trying to pay for a while. When explained that I was having difficulty financially they asked personal questions about how I paid other bills. When I told them it was none of their business they got very hostile with me. I asked for a statement he stated that it had been mailed two days prior. I told him I would not send anything until I got something from them. Have not gotten anything. I started out trying to explain that I was starting a second job and that once I start having money come in I would send payments...he was rude. I hung up and waited a while, called back and asked for supervisor, same guy answered "what do you want".  VERY RUDE! VERY RUDE! I asked for name of company, he stated that he had already told me that. I ended the call. VERY RUDE. Its not like another bill in collection is going to hurt my credit rating any at this point. It is a VERY SMALL bill. So....they will get what I can send..nothing more.

Used my name and ask me to call back, did not call back, This is second time they have called. One more call and I will contact Attorney General to get off their list.

This is a company called General Recovery Services.  They evidently are used by the Kanawha County School System for the nutrition program.  Thing is...I'm paid up with them, have been for three months, but they continue to call.  I've noticed that if I call the number from my work phone they won't answer.  They will answer if I call them back from my cell phone number they called.

They left a msg that I needed to return the call regarding an important msg when I called back there was no answer. It just rang and rang.

They left a message to call back, and that it was kelly who called. So i called back on behalf of my grandparents and they said they never called. i gave them the last name of the person who called and they said they needed to talk to them and abruptly hung up. they did the same when my mother called but she got a recording saying they were from the county school, she didnt listen to the whole message because it didnt concern her. she then called back and told them that she was returning there phone call and that she had just spoken to them. they denied talking to her and hung up on her.if anyone has any information please post it on here. thank you
