Called left message for me to call back - claimed to be Cobb Medical Associates (I have also received mail from Cobb Medical Associates postmarked Tennessee. I doubt Cobb Medical Associates has its business office 120 miles away from Cobb so I suspect its a collection agency that tries to appear to be the principal.

This is a contracted collections company for Shawnee Mission Medical Centers, and possibly other medical groups.
They are located in Tennesseee.
This call was to inquire about a $20 copay for a doctors visit in Aug 2009.
