Had same experience with Gale Jones and friends, ,lost money,sale was supposed to take place in September.J&J construction company was to buy the property.  In March received a followup call from Ron White/ First Priority services
for $1100 to wrap up the deal (after I send my deed in with the check). This number was 727-544-1900 --all part of same
scam.

Same story as everyone else.  However, the Gale Jones I spoke with called from 800-933-9239 Extension 507.  He said that he was from the Tampa  area but represented buyers from all over the county who were interested in buying parcels of land.. The portfolio fee that he  quote to me was $1148. This guy and his female cohort are obviously crooks and their goal is to try and separate you from your money.

I got this call too from Gale Jones offering a large amount of money for my property. Has anyone ever paid the portfolio fee they are asking for and not been refunded? I don't see that anyone has made that claim bit would like to find out. Checked BBB but they don't have anything bad to say about the except Property Solutions International is not a licencsed real estate agent in Clearwater Florida where they are based.

Thanks to ALL who have posted their stories about Gale Jones!!  I am one who has definitely benefitted!!
Gale Jones has called me from 1-800-477-4248 X507 as has been referenced in other posts.  I am in the market to sell my property.  However, I know the West Texas real estate market well enough to know it does not support the per acre sales prices being offered.

Same story as above. Gale Jones is at it again.  He is offering us about 3 times the amount more than our land in Houston is worth .  We will report to BBB.  Glad we looked at this first.

Same story as many others here. My parents got a call from 1-800-477-4248 ext 422 from Cody Hanick. Give him $900 because he has 5 developers interested in a vacant lot they own (worth about 20,000) and he will sell it for $59,000.  Now these people are calling themselves For Sale by Owner Solutions.  It's too bad these young people don't go get a real job and stop trying to scam people.

Mr. Gale Jones is now representing Property Solutions and messages are left by Heather.  When i called back, Mr. Jones returned call IMMEDIATLY. Phone number was 800-477-4248 x410. He offered $23,200 for a half acre lot in Horizon Estates in El Paso, TX. I told him individual lots cannot be sold in this area and he said he had a buyer trying to assemble the lots. He said it was $0 closing cost and his commission would be paid by the buyer. He did not ask me for any money. I told him to send me copies of the contracts (he said there were two), and I would have my lawyer review them.  He took my email address and I have not received anything. This call was several days ago.  Thank you to all who have posted on this scam. I figured as much, these Horizon lots are worthless.

Just got the same name and license #!! This time Mr. Jones is out of Tennessee.  He called offering an offer (also referencing Chase Bank!) to my 84 year old grandmother, and she got very nervous.  He also mentioned her gettinh money back for the portfolio and that he would 'never do anything to jeopardize his job)! He claimed that he doesn't typically work on Friday's but made a special exception to call her today.  I need to know who this guy is!! I'm on it Grandma!!!

I got a call from For Sale By Owner Property Solutions offering me $8,200 for a $1,500 lot in Lehigh Acres, FL if I put up $850. The caller was Cody Hanick who may be the same person at http://mugshots.com/US-Counties/Florida/Pinel ... ck.3401776.html . When I told him I don't pay in advance for anything, he abruptly hung up. The call actually came from 727-576-6100 but he told me his personal number was 800-477-4248 ext. 422. I believe he is running a scam.

Received a call on 3/19 heather from premiere property services 1-800-741-2005 ext 410. Wants to buy my property in Arkansas says has several buyers blah blah blah. Thanks for this site I won't be scammed. Beware spring is in the air nd the scammers are at it again.

Some Guy named Cody Hanick came on the phone after I was contacted by Lisa. They called from Phone # 1-727-576-6100. Wanted to give me at least $19000 for a lot in Fairfield Bay AR. They wanted me to put $690 in an account so they could remove $50 for title. I would get $547 back plus $19000 at least for our lot. They gave me the Number 1-800-741-2005 ext 422. To call back if I was interested after I refused to put up any money up front. I googled the 800 number annd came up with this site. Sounded like a scam to me anytime some body wants money up front and says they are paying as much as they can so they can make money. They were supposed to be representing the buyers. They were saying up front they were taking all they could get. Admitted they were crooks up front already. Avoided another scam......

got the same kind call from Sam as stated above.  Ofered 28,000 for my lot in Hot Springs, AR.  Said he had several interested in it.  My only cost would be $598 for portfolio, all but $50 of which would be refunded at loan closing.  Sam started trying to close the sale, asking for credit card, etc. and I asked him if he would call my daughter and talk w/her.  He became quite abrupt and said he would not waste his t ime talking with her.  I told him I had been scamed once before but never again would I give money up front!!

I received a call from Sam Acevedo claiming to be from Premier Property Services.  He claimed to have buyers interested in paying $13K for my land.  He said he needed a $612 portfolio fee refundable when the buyers purchase the land except for $50. All I needed to do is give him my credit card info. Nice try.

Yeah, I got a call from Gayle, too. It all sounded so good until he quoted $21,000 for one city lot in the middle of the West Texas desert - I have seen the property. It is nothing but sand, cactus and rattlesnakes. And we only paid $2,000 per lot some 45 years ago. We viewed our property several years ago while passing through El Paso, and it was so  desolate, I was ready to sell it right then. Anyway, I too feel it is a scam. He quoted that I would have to pay $895 (portfolio fee) up front to get the process started - that's when I got suspicious and ended the call. Just hope they don't call back. By the way, Gayle is a well-known man's name - I've known several in my 70+ years.

This same Sam Acevedo with Premier Property has called several times this year asking if we want them to sell our property for way, way, way more than it is worth.  Today he put the closer of the deal on the line and we were very skeptical and asked about wanting it in writing and no that would not happen until we gave our credit card number for the $701.00 fee.  That was not going to happen on our part.  Apparently, they said they had a buyer that would pay $45,000 and then by the end of the conversation it was $54,900.  We wanted all of this in writing and they could not do that.  The closer finally got annoyed and actually hung up on us.  I agree it does smell like rotten sewer to me -- I'm holding on to that property till who knows when although I'd like to sell but it ain't gonna be through these guys.  I might be a fool once but not twice.

Received a call from Robert after a girl name Erica left a message about buying my property in Henderson County.  He said 18,000 and I asked is that the best you can do...then he took it up to 24,000. with a fee of 749...but If I don;'t decline the offer the fee is only $50.00.  Makes a lot of sense right.  the lake lot is not worth this amount and I am certainly not going to give 50.00 or anything up front.
I have researched the scam that investor are doing some building there and it is not true.  The phone number I put in search and came up with scam all over it.
800 741-2005 ext 412  was erica.

So please stop this scam from happening to people

Got a call from Gale Jones Wanting to sell our property in Horizon City, Tx.  Said he had a number of interested buyers.  quoted minimum price for the lot of 14,700.  Wanted my credit card # for a portfolio costing 898.00 which we would get back once the sale was finished. Refused to give # so he ask for a check.  He wanted the info over the phone.  Was very insistent.  I refused and stated I would mail the check.  He did not like the response  but gave me the address of Premier Property Services, 3350 Ulmerton Rd. Suite #10, Clearwater, Fl.  Referenced Chase Bank.  Gave a real estate license # TC 3485.Gave me the web site 4premierland.com to review.  Looks very official but I know any one can create a web site.  Reported the call to BBB but have not received a response.  Offer to good to be true so I googled the telephone # and will not sent the check.

Got a call about purchasing some property I own in Texas. Caller asked if I might be interested in selling. Told her "maybe". She said someone would call me back. A fellow, by the name of Tuincy Austin, called back and offered $20,000.00, for a little half acre property, in the middle of nowhere. Told him, I might be interested, however, would have to talk with the wife (not home) first. Obviously, he isn't getting a call back. Wonder if he is anxiously awaiting one......

Received a phone call from Trey Savoy representing Premier Property in Clearwater, Florida who stated that they had a buyer for a 40 acre tract of land that I have in Hudspeth County, Texas.  
Said that he guranteed that he had a buyer that would give me $600.00 per acre minimum.  All I had to do was to give them an x amount of money to cover the administrative cost and paper work and that I would get it all back at closing.
Thinking that this is too good to be true I researched the Company in the internet and found many negetive transactions.

Lisa of Premier Property called about lot in Cherokee Village and if interested in selling as they had several potential buyers interested in purchasing. My wife answered phone and said I was unavailable at the time - she said she would call back later that afternoon. She called but we were gone, shopping for groceries and left name, phone number she could be reached at. 1-800-741-2005, ext 503.

No mention of fee paid up front but you can see it coming - everything same as previous messages state. Went through similar sales pitch with World Wide Properties, Las Vegas, NV several years ago. Less money wanted up front but was for advertising promotion fee.
