The representative over the phone was a BI*** she did not politely address me, she was rude, she tried avoiding my questions, she refused to take me off the call list, she blamed me for her reckless mishandling of information, and she said she was not "supposed to share this information with me" WELL THEN, let's see you make a mistake? Okay. Then you blame me? NOT OKAY. That mistake you made? Yeah I'm calling your boss. (Not real conversation just how I feel at the moment after speaking with this rude person).
Stop calling. Do not call again. You were paid in full by the Health Care Provider (UPMC BC/BS).
You cannot collect dual payments - that is not legal
I got a call from this number, a "courtesy call" that asked me to wait for their rep to come on the line!!! No courtesy in making me wait using my minutes!!! I did not spend my minutes to wait for them, just wasting my time and money.
I got a call from Quest Diagnostics from this number, I believe they are trying to collect a payment. Which I am sending in installments, so they will have to wait :P
