Got the call 12 noon, no message left. Reading if it is ATT. I left ATT 28 years ago. Argue over a 1.00 on my bill I did not make.
Good by. They argue over a dollar. Instead they loss any business from me.

Came up on my caller ID.  Have had several other calls over time. I cant make out who they are--one question -do you still ive at....that means these people have info and are trying to confirm it..No, we moved to Florida-and hang up.  
Next call was unkn. name and unknown number. I am trying to track these calls-no answer a gentle goodbye and beep. Can't call back to see who it is. Someone needs to do something about these calls-unk.

Get a call everyday at least twice a day, I answer, they hangup! Ridiculous!!!

Law enforcement should be contacted if they are criminals.

My experience was very similar to "desertrat2" above. While they were giving their line, I searched on NSBI and found this blog about them being a scam. I hung up on them.

An older woman, sounded from her accent as though she is from the southern portion of the United States, calling to say that we could save money on our AT & T telephone bill. Well, we don't have any services from AT & T. She would know that if she was legitimate, so she's not getting our phone number from any AT & T customer directory.

I confronted her and asked her if she was calling from a call center and she said yes and told her to remove our number from her assigned list of phone numbers and that we do not accept cold calls.

It appears that this calling center's staff, based on other posters' information on this website, is cold-calling on behalf of various telecommunications companies. But I am not convinced that the person I spoke with has any legitimate connection to AT & T or its affiliates.

I would never answer a call from a 800 number. Why doesn't our government and the phone companies do something about these criminals?

At 10:14 am EST on 12/9/2013 we received a call from TOLL FREE CALLE, but they left no message.  We are on the do not call registry.  QUIT CALLING!!!

Brother she called the wrong number at the wrong time. I just returned from an extended death defying mission for our Uncle. Although I was totally exhausted both mentally and physically I had been unable to rest due to sleep depravation and intense mission training. The adrenalin hadn't fully subsided yet and I was resting and finally nodding off when I was disturbed with "Let me speak to the person in charge of your telephone bill."  She had no way of knowing that all incoming calls are traced and whether they emanate from a cellular, VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), satellite or any other form of communication known to mankind the exact location of the caller is identified regardless of any Spoof Caller ID number that may be displayed. Now I have a new mission. The agency has provided me with the location and I will be gearing up for a brief visit As an American I've earned the right many times over to rest without scammers disturbing me. Attention all unemployed scammers there will be an immediate position opening, however, I strongly recommend that you don't take it and especially don't call me.

I want to stop any calls from this number~~

Not associated with ANY phone company. Says they are with "Network Services" but trying to save you money on your ATT/VERIZON/whatever phone company. NOT LEGIT. They are scammers and can suck balls.

They called again - blocked again.  My DIGITONE blocker stopped the call and my phone does not ring.

Put these criminals out of business!  Buy a call blocking device!

Here is how t he scam works, they may offer you a teaser rate initially, their hope is you will never cancel and will stay with them. There may also be a lot of other hidden charges that will kick in few months into the contract .
Never accept anything if someone calls you or offers you ANYTHING

I called the number back, pressed #9 on the keypad (because all the message said was "Thank you for calling (company name)" and didn't give any directions whatsoever) and got a very nice lady on the line. I asked to have a number removed from their call list, and she (supposedly) added the number I gave her to their internal do not call list. We'll see if that actually worked.

Don't ever give out data about yourself...new information goes into a recorded phone log
and unfortunately may be used the next time they call you.  How you handle these calls (and they have been calling me too) is up to you. So, not only is it a waste of your time, but comping new information about you, your services, etc are of interest to them.  Privacy is dead.

These are professional scammers. The boys at the agency have been alerted and will be paying them a visit shortly. Telephone scammers can no longer hide behind "Spoof Caller ID" displayed numbers and VOIP calls from the Philippines, India or Nevada. Please contact your state Attorney General to be eligible to collect the $2,500.00 fine they should collect from the callers for violation of the Federal and State Do Not Call Registries.  Tick, tock scammers. Is that someone at your door now?

They keep calling me at 8:30 in the morning usually im still in bed and the phone wakes me up.God I hate scamers who call too early in the morning makes me want to rip off their heads.

A woman called saying she was with Network Services and wanted to speak with whomever handles our Century Link account.  I said, "We don't have a Century Link account."  She thanked me and hung up.

I hate solicitors.

JERKS hung up on my bus. ans machine so I will never answer that number.

Scumbags! They keep calling. I set their caller ID to "JUNK" and set the ring type to "Silent" on my cell phone!
So, they join the junk caller list.

Lady called saying she was with Network Services regarding our Century Link account.  I said, "I want to stay with Century Link." She replied, "Well, then you keep your account with Century Link, then!" And she promptly hung up on me.
