It gets better. When I speak to the collector, he denies disclosure. When I asked if Monarch was a collection agency, he said no. I then asked if they were a legal entity, he said yes. That's violation 3. I then was transferred to another gentleman who said because it was a charge off, I didn't file a 1099c ( which I ONLY have to file if the IRS requests it, btw) so now so-and-so county is pursuing it as tax evasion. WOW! Thats 4 violations. Jackpot. I could go on, as It only got better, but you get the idea. Settlement city. Your company is garbage. Get a real job, loser.

The phone number that is showing on your caller id does not belong to a collection agency!  It belongs to Treasured Family Care which is a companion service for the elderly and disabled, not a collection agency.  You need to report them to all the agencies you can!  And if you have debits from you bank account that are not authorized from them you need to report those to your bank!  Good luck!

The phone number they are listing is no their phone number!  800-748-3513 is for Treasured Family Care which is a personal services agancy for the elderly and disabled.  If you have a charge showing on your bank statement or a call from this phone number and it is not from my company it is fraudulent!

Monarch Resolutions or Prism Resolutions no longer uses 800-748-3513.  I am with Treasured Family Care, LLC is Southern Indiana, and we recently received this number when we signed up for an 800 #.  I have received a ton of phone calls from people who are having money taken out of their accounts with no ability to call the agency!  Go to your bank and submit a fraud alert for these transactions.  If this company is still in business, they are falsely identifying themselves!  I would also call the FTC to report them as well.  Best of luck to everyone!

I left a message from me saying I was going to be put in jail for a debt of a bad check. I never wrote a check. I called back from my mom's phone and now they are calling her and leaving messages about having me put in jail.

They were calling m job. The Caller said he was an Officer calling about an affadavit. Why would you call someones job with this kind of stuff.

This company buys expired debt and then tries to strong arm you into paying by saying that you will have a judgement entered against you.  THIS IS NOT LEGAL.  DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THE DEBT! By acknowledging the debt you may reset the clock on the statute of limitations.  These people CANNOT sue you and they cannot report this to your credit because it is an old debt that has reached the statute of limitations. If you truly wish to settle the debt contact the ORIGINAL lender and settle with them.  DO NOT do business with this company and don't let them scare you. Just tell them you will not acknowledge the debt and to not call again.  If they persist (and they will) contact you Secretary of State to file a complaint or contact the Secretary of State in New York where this company is incorporated.

If you understood the law, which you don't, you'd know that not paying back a loan doesn't make you a "criminal."  However, violating the methods laid out in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act could indeed make you one.

I received a call from a company named Prism Resolutions today for the first time.  The man left a message on my voicemail saying by federal law he can't disclose any information but it's important that we call back due to a breech of contract and to give our side of the story before they pursue anything.  I have no clue who he was trying to contact because he didn't say and he didn't leave his name.  I'm scratching my head trying to think what contract we breeched because it's all good here.  I have no out-standing loans.  The number that called me was 1-877-404-7650

Well if you must go to the news, please take an inventory of all the intelligent posts the employee have said.  

First, make sure you include known drug use and tolerance by Mr. Yim and Mr Hummel in their places of business.  This was admittted by another employee accusing an ex-employee as pill popper who came to work under the influence.  Thats an undisputed fact.
Second, make sure you include that Mr yim and Mr Hummel's managers have no problems slandering former employees on these posts. That is an undisputed fact. You have to ask yourself this question - why would someone go after a former employee of this slimy company unless they were instructed to or an owner who is a coward and will not use their real name on the board.  .
Third, please include that Mr Yim and MrHummel have been previouslly fined by the NY State Attorney General for violating the law when operating a collection agency.  Instead of cleaning up their act they just changed the name of the company from Tri-finanacial to Prism resolution.  By the way they were fined $275K in June 2008.  That is another undisputed fact.
Fourth - Include the fact that they double or triple the original.  You can read above that the employee formerly challenging me on this post was very sensitive about what they pay for the debt which means they don't pay much.
Fifth - the owner, John Hummel is a scumbag debtor as defined by the Prism Resolutions employees writing on these posts.  He had his house forclosed because HE COULD NOT PAY HIS DEBT!!!!!!!  Therefore it is logical to conclude from all his actions that he has no problem working outside of the law because HE NEEDS YOUR MONEY BECAUSE HE CAN'T MANAGE HIS OWN FINANCES!!!!!!!!  Foreclosure is a fact that is on the TRI Financial Boards.  That is a fact.
Sixth - Mr Hummel and Mr Yim are named in the Budd Hubbs List of collection agencies that operate outside of the law.  He is very critical of Mr. Yim and his phoney affidavits.
Seven - Print all these posts and give to them.  It shows you are not the only one having legal issues with them.  I found this very effective when I presented my documentation to the Attorney General.
Eight - Very important that Mr Hummel and Mr. Yim do not call clients, even though they use their home addresses as places of business and they never write on these posts.  Only their employees.  Think about it, if you were running an illegal operation you would need deniability also.
