There were a number of us who ordered the magnetic mattress and pillows on 27 Nov 12 in DeFuniak Springs FL at McLain's Restaurant. None of us have received our product and now the web site and the 1-800 number are disabled. I have called another customer service number but have not received a call back.
I guess we will all have to show up in Kingsland GA with the local police to get our refund.

Repeatedly get calls from this number.

We get calls from these people frequently. We let the machine pick up and they leave a long message about a free dinner to listen to some spiel about healthcare. I'm almost curious to show up at one of these things (If they're legit), sit through the presentation and they say, I'm not interested, I just came for the free food.

They are a Muslim non-profit group trying to raise funds for a new mosque to be built in Dearborn,Michigan. I never heard of a group called Muslim All State Alliance. I told them I was Christian and not interested since I already give at my church. I told them to take me off their list. May be scammers preying on seniors but not sure. Caller ID said M A S A Group

Debbie 2012-08-22 19:38:40 Unknown
Same here. They called with their pre-recorded health pitch, on two of our four lines, with a free meal at Greenbrier Restaurant, which is a local restaurant known for it's fried catfish. I don't think there are more than two items on their menu that isn't fried.

They called Concord NH this past week. Did not leave a message. I'm reporting them to the Do Not Call Registry complaint line, and suggest that others do the same. (I'm on the do-not-call list.)
Pete 2012-07-20 18:22:00 Unknown
They called several times a day offering some sort of seminar. I finally listened to the recorded message. I was offered an option to opt out of future calls. I did so. Will see if it works
loopholes - do not call list 2012-07-18 14:49:59 Unknown
Loopholes in the Do Not Call List. When the federal "do not call" list law passed in 2003 there were many ?loopholes? allowing telemarketers who had a "PREVIOUS BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP" to contact you. Also every time you sign up for contests and sweepstakes (read the fine print) you waive your right to be on the DNC list for THEM and their AFFILIATES. Another ?foot in the door? for small telemarketing companies is to pretend to be a survey company but really just want to sell you something. And while they are working on getting the loopholes out of the DNC list they should create a similar DNC list for "Political" and "Non-profit" organization solicitations. However, since Government and Political are synonymous, we may remain disgruntled for some time to come. :-/
P.S. My next phone will be one of the new phones that create its own DNC list with the push of a button, allowing you to block unwanted numbers yourself.

Benefit Health Products touting a dinner presentation. I didn't answer the call, but a very long message was left on the answering machine. The Do Not Call list doesn't work, like the rest of the government, so we are on our own. I then called the local restaurant mentioned in call and ask them why they are supporting such phone scams. Perhaps if we called the local business as many times as we are called, they will stop supporting such meetings.
Lorri 2012-06-22 11:23:14 Unknown
I meant to say seminar not survey(sorry).. They also mail out cards too, not just phone calls, they are legit...
Lorri 2012-06-21 23:52:40 Unknown
And my AUCE Buffet was very very good too, and my free unsweet Tea
Lorri 2012-06-21 23:51:02 Unknown
I got the same phone call, but unlike you I decided to call the number left on my answering machine that I was told to call and spoke to a live person, and was given a confirmation number. And My Uncle & I had our 10 minute survey, then we ate our AUCE Buffet from Ryan's Steakhouse Buffet, so no it isn't a scam, the guy was real nice, it's Bene-Fit (something, can't remember), but it is definitely not a scam, they also send out postcards in the mail to people too.

Same exact call here. Dinner at Golden Corral for listening to
a 45 minutes sales speech.

I don't answer toll free calls but these jerks have called every hour since 3 PM. I'm on the Do Not Call List but that's a joke. It's probably where they get their numbers from. Next step will be to ditch the land line phone. I never get these on my cell.

Diana from blah blah blah, invite blah blah blah dinner at blah blah blah for aches & pains and many other blah blah health problems. Well, the answering machine got the call, and I listened to the end of the message. There was an offer to call the 800# and have my number removed from their call lists. When I did, the operator gave me a hard time about the number when (as with all 800#'s) they have the number in front of them on the phone's of computer's readout screen. The operator was rude, to say the least. Even if they had a cure for cancer, I would surely not call them back.
