Yes, Quest Diagnostics - they have really poor book keeping and will invoice you for a huge amount for services when they know your actual payment is a fraction of the amount due. When you call to complain they will call back and as posted above, no caller ID, nor do they leave a message. I've asked my Dr's to use someone else, and encourage everyone else to do the same until Quest can start acting like professionals.

Good to know. I am disputing a claim with them and this number popped up. I do not answer calls that are not ID'd and no message left.

They keep calling me as well. They FINALLY left an automated message after calling all day long without leaving one. SOOOO annoying.

My ID doesn't say anything. I know Quest Diagnostics. They're a lab company. My drs have used them before & I've had invoices. What ticks me off is they don't leave a message! If they're calling me about an invoice, why not leave a message??? See, out of spite, I won't answer til they leave a message. If they can't be courteous enough to leave a message, then why should I answer the phone? The ID should have their name anyway.
