I get this call everyday and they always leave the same pre-recorded message on my voicemail.

"This is GE Capital Retail Bank regarding Q card. Call today or visit QVC.com and click on "manage your account" or "pay your bill". Our mailing address is 170 W. Election Rd Ste 125 Draper Utah 84020."

I have no idea how they got my cell phone number. I don't even have a "Q card" and have never shopped at QVC.

I suggest you contact Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian, credit reporting agencies (CRA's). If requested, they are required to investigate any dispute within 30 days. It takes a TON of time to clear this stuff off your reports, but it is worth it. Creditinfocenter.com is the main source I used for information, sample letters, etc. In dealing with CRA's there are definite steps you need to follow or you may shoot yourself in the foot. You can hire a company to do it for you, but I just followed their guidelines and have been pretty successful. In my case, the listing was unable to be located because it wasn't mine. Be sure you check with all three agencies. They don't share information.

these a-holes call all the time they don't leave any message and when you do answer there is no ne there does any one know how to stop these carzy calls

So tired of getting constant calls from this company.  Who are they and why do they keep calling...no messages left....ever!  So frustrating.

call 10 x a day, will call house phone and then immediately call cell phone after that!  Jerk-offs!

This phone number belongs to Cubecard.  A credit card company who
wants to steal your money.  They have called my Mom 15 times in one day
and she is on the "do not call" list.  I have tried to email them, and you
can not send a email to them.  Makes me wonder about a company you can no
send and email to???  What kind of theif are they.  Do not give them
the time of day.

I am so tired of someone calling from this number.  If it was important, they would leave a message but they won't!! I don't answer 800 numbers because, usually, it's someone trying to sell something...soooo aggravating!!

I called this number after searching for an hour for a number to reach them when a QVC credit card showed up on my credit report and I had no idea how.  I've never watched or ordered anything from QVC, called this number and was redirected several times only to be told that the account was too old and they no longer had the records.  What do I do? I don't owe these people money, I don't know who pulled this credit card out in my name, and all the while they're telling me they have no clue either but it's on my credit report!

calling constantly, no clue who it is, never anyone there, OR the automated message is something to the effect of "please hold, we have an important call for you".  IF this is a bill collector, they need to identify themselves so i can find out what bill i have forgotten to pay!!!

Several calls.  No identification.  No message.

Good grief. Constant calls. Half the time it is a recording telling me to hold on, there is an important message for you .. blah, blah. I've got a message for them!

This is a constant caller, I cannot respond calls with no company name to ID.
