Despite of so many words clearly telling these young telemarketers, they keep on dialing our number and lately not leaving a message to identify themselves!  Their employers are very pushy I believe and they are more greedier than ever making fellow Filipinos get so upset with their marketing approach!  Can't they have enough respect?  This tells that Filipinos are unbelievable to take or their business/service is not worth trying for!  What a shame!  They need to reform their selling tools per se and leave alone those that have already tried their services!  Nakakahiya talaga!  Lord have mercy on them all!

Who you file your complaint with is the State Attorney Generals office. I have done this twice, and calls stopped immediately. Everyone needs to start doing this, to help put these companies on notice and make them spend money constantly changing their company names and phone numbers. In addition, since the telephone numbers are issued by the telephone companies, I feel the State Attorney Generals need to hold telephone companies accountable too.  Good luck!

Calling on a Sunda and leaving messages trying to sell my wife phone cards when she said she does not want them.

i been getting calls from 8007604748 sometimes as late as 300 am many times a day 6 or 8 , call them back ask them to be put on the do not call list and its like they double their effort , now they call me 10 times a day , ask for a supervisor , same thing .

This same telemarketer has been harassing American citizens since at least 2008.  The FCC admits receipt of numerous complaints from numbers in the DNC registry.  This company ignores both the list and consumer complaints and threats.  They don't care.  Oftentimes, complaining only increases the frequency of calls, some as late as 12:31 a.m.  I refuse to believe that the FCC is powerless to do anything.  If they are not U.S. citizens, they have no U.S. rights period.   The group of "800-760" numbers is held by an American company and sold anonymously to anyone willing to pay for them.  Even though this company may be considered a "third party", why can't they be held accountable if they "aid and abet" violation of our laws?  Does the FCC consider such companies that "wholesale" anonymous numbers to be above the law?  Many of these numbers are "wholesaled" by the likes of QWEST (now CenturyLink) and other regional phone providers.  They provide the mechanism for unscrupulous telemarketers to operative above the law with impunity.   This particular offender is selling a variety of products, including international phone cards, cheap cigarettes, and offending sexually-oriented products.

The call is an International Call service providing an offer of long-distance discount service. The number '1(800)760-4748' was known to be called "My Tawag na Direct", a Philippine Telemarketer Company. Yes, receiving these telemarketer calls are quite annoying. In order for them to stop calling you, just ask them that your not interested with their service. If they still continue, file a call complaint (I don't know where, search Google) :).

The previous statement does not work. I accepted their calls numerous times. And numerous times I told them that I am not interested in their service and that they PLEASE remove me from their calling list. I have done that since more than a year now. They still keep calling my cellphone. For sure they got my number from one of the "low price per minute" call suppliers. You Filipinos know who I am talking about.

I have had at least a dozen calls a week that left this number as a call back number but the original call source number shows on the caller ID as "UNKNOWN" so at&t cannot block it.  I reported this to the FCC today as my cell phone is registered on a "no call" list.

I remember I complete survey using Walmart that i could win . I believe it since I just order picture in walmart online.  But after I almost complete the information its asking me for my VISA OR MASTER CARD NUMBER. So I cancelled . Then the next day someone kept calling me & if I return the call its not valid number.Taught it maybe important. They kept calling .I speak one of them & said not interested. But they still kept on need to be block!
