I work night shift, so I just F%CKING love it when I am drifting off to sleep after a shift taking care of sick people. These idiots called this morning asking for my partner., when I asked who was calling, the guy pretended he couldnt hear me anymore.
They must use different numbers because every couple months I block this SAME group using Primus Telemarketing Guard... either that or Primus deletes old records. What I dont get is why the hell would these idiots think that we will break down and actually go for whatever version of crap they are selling after the nth time!

stop calling my #, and stop the fax as well, I never gave you permission to waste my paper and ink, if you fax me again you will get via fax a dozen fully BLACK pages, get the message???

The caller is Xentel DM, who does All Stars Baseball and many many other similar things
which changed their name to iMarketing Solutions around the same time they got the largest fine in Canadian Telemarketing history for breaking the Do Not Call List....

This is All Star Baseball Benefit. Unfortunately the caller unwittingly left a crude message for me, saying " Sweeter than honey! Oh, not the men, I just hang up on them!" I will not be donating to this organization any time soon.

Found this number called me 4 times yesterday but it was already on my callblock list.  I just had to come here check who they are to refresh my memory.

After reading the above posts, I have decided to call block the number.

You do not give anything to anyone. People with an income can spell, you can not, you you do not have a real job.

Calls at all times throughout the day. Very aggressive. Called their phone ID and requested to be removed from calling list. We shall see.

Caller asked for manager.  Receptionist asked who is calling.  Caller again asked for manager.  Receptionist again asked who was calling.  Caller responded "2nd".  Receptionist again asked who was calling.  Caller responded "3rd".  Receptionist told caller that manager was not available and who was calling.  Caller said "4th".  At that point the receptionist told caller that they were going to hang up.  Caller said he isn't selling anything.

Called 1-800-895-1337 to be removed from list.

Whoever they have soliciting is horrible and rude.

I have had someone call me from this number several times. Usually around
8 or 9pm at night or noon on a Saturday. I don't answer the phones at this time now. As in the above rant... no one says Hello and when someone does they ask for a "Mr. so and so" who doesn't live at my address.
Very annoying and I agree with the above ranter... I'd pay for a service to permanently disable these kind of calls.

I've gotten several calls from this number, no ones there. I've gotten alot of calls from different #'s and toll free and have set about to basically find a spam filter for my phone line. the phone company refuses to block all toll free numbers from calling you. If a number calling you is toll free, it's a telemarketer.the best solution I've found to solve this is to install call blocking software on my computer, it uses my modem to read the incoming callers info and then intercepts them. they get the 'line disconnected' tones and message and hangs up. Do a search online for call blocking. You'll be able to get some control back.

Rec'd a call from a gentleman asking to speak to Mrs. - advised not home, sd not home and said to call back. called number back and went to a message machine saying calling about all star baseball and said would call back later.

call came in I was in thh back yad mowing the lawn, I am use to calls coming in and "requesting" money for charity. I simply picked up, then hung up.  So far so good, I will keep you posted if the calls return
Good luck and I too agree I WISH THIS COULD JUST STOP, we give to the charities we wish to give too. and especially NOT to the rude ignorant ones.

I also only give to my local charities  of my choice not  ones who call at all hours of the day or night.

I pick up and have to ask 4 times "hello?" before someone answers.  The young man (12 - 14?) asks to
speak to the mrs. of the house, I reply then ask "what's he selling."  He denies then starts a spiel looking
for money for child abuse victims.  I explain I make donations once a year around Xmas so he's months
off.  Too bad.  He then rudely said he'd just call back tomorrow, which I replied was stupid as that I only
make donations in December and he wasn't going to get a dime.  He then became mocking and a complete
smart @$$ which I insulted him right back and said I'd report him and have him blocked, which earned
some more insults.  I then hung up and Star 69 to get the number. 800 761-2315.  Nice.  I've since
tracked down the charity and reported this misbehaviour.  I wish there was a Star 13 or something
that lets you kill - permanently block annoying numbers.  I'd pay for the privilege!

This number was calling me every couple of days but there was nobody on the other end.  They called this evening and actually spoke... they were looking for help collecting money for local fire fighters.  I asked to be removed from the calling list and they forwarded me to another rep who tried to make me feel guilty for not wanting to donate.  I didn't actually say I didn't want to donate.  I kept repeating myself asking to be removed from the calling list.  As I was hanging up I heard him say it would take 30 days.  Some people must keep falling for these stupid phone calls, otherwise they wouldn't bother.  This is another reason I never donate to a charity any more using my real name/address/phone number.

these guys called my home number 10 times between June 15 and July 16, and never once left a message.  Junk mail calls for sure, so don't answer!

I get very few of these calls because my full name and address is not on the phone lists. Those that do call must be random dialing. Because I screen all calls, they get poor results if trying to see when I'm home, or to update owner info. When I do choose to answer, I never give or confirm personal info. It would likely be shared by, or sold to other telemarketers to obtain business doing the same crap.

Think about it. Only 2% of people respond to junk-mail advertising, and that can be eliminated by going to reddot.ca

Use only your initals / family name and city in the phone directory. People you want to phone you will have your info already. Don't put that personal info on facebook, or classmates either. Ask friends to NOT tag your photos.

The same case applied with me.  He's been dialing my number for 3 times this afternoon.  The first one was noone answering. The second one I was sleeping so no bother to pick it up.  The third one got me!  Darn!  He offered me to make a donation with credit card or whatever (for $25), which I luckily didn't have one.  I simply said I was not interested on donating one right now. I told him to talk to my husband the next day (but of course he refused it).  Then he asked me for the postal code.  I gave it to him (stupid me).  Then he wanted the address, complete one.  I said, I thought he said he knew the address.  Then he started to give me excuses and finally he asked me a very stupid question, "Are you in Vancouver?" That moment I knew I was being scammed!  I hung up the phone right away.
