You guys need to watch out for Mr. Scudso (not sure if name is spelled right) he claims to be the head manager for this company. Be careful of this guy don't give him any of your personal information. He is the master mind of all the scams from sending people fake court paper's, letters with Bryan R. Dale Barrister and Solicitor, charging interest witch is against the law, violating peoples rights, Using foul and threaten language to elderly people and here's the sad part also to minors. I have received 4 or 5 phone calls for someone called Lucia Padnico (or near that) and I have never heard of ths person.  I have had this phone number for 3 years and this is the first time that I have had such calls.  Today a girl named Jill from FDR asked for Lucia and I nicely told her that I had already told the last person to call that they had the wrong number, and would Jill please make that notation on her file.  She said she would  oh ha ha ha.  Anyway next time I shall keep that line open for a great length of time by not hanging up.

I got many calls from this number. they always asked my day of birth. When I refused, they said they will keep calling until I tell then. What is the matter. En, they told me they are behalf of CIBC.

These people are a bun ch of scammers and fraudsters, who show by tgheir rude and ignorant behaviour that they are not legitimate business people.

I got them to stop bugging me by having a\ lawyer cann them and threaten to pull them into court and he waas going to submit a complaint to the ombudsman....They never called me again.

Why don't those people get a real job?...

come on everyone if ur getting a call from  this number its because u skipped out on a bill, credit card bill or something to that effect and they sold the rights to obtain the money owed to them by from u to this company calling you.

They call me about 3 times a day.  It was quite funny when I said I WAS the person they were looking for and then asked what FDR stood for.  She didn't know!  Then I swore at her and hung up.  What a bunch of morons!!

I'm sick and tired of these sleazy a***oles who can't find any better job, they keep calling and telling me to call back right away. I don't have any debt and they won't leave me alone. If I lived on that side of the country I would go down there and personally punch them in the face. They call when I am at work or eating dinner.

They need to go out and get REAL jobs like the rest of us.

PEOPLE REMEMBER THAT IF YOUR DEBT IS OVER 2 YEARS OLD THEY HAVE NO LEGAL RIGHTS !! THERE ARE LIMITATIONS ON DEBTS. ( it will stay on your credit report but they can not take you to court) DON'T LET THEM SCARE YOU!!

IF YOU DO WANT TO CLEAN UP A DEBT GO THOUGH THE ORIGINAL COMPANY THAT ISSUED THE CREDIT, THEN THE DEBT COLLECTORS DON'T GET A DIME!

Remember that these people don't have an education all you need to get these jobs is being able to speak English. Just be strong with them ( maybe speak slowly so they comprehend big words better) and tell them to screw off.

I have gotten numerous calls from this company over the years.. Told them that the person they are looking for(my sister) has never had this phone number. that it was my deceased mothers phone number and then mine for the past eleven years.... Told them that I have no address or phone number for K... which is correct. and to take this number off their records.. but they did not..and still call.. I asked the timeframe that this number was given.. they would not say...
Today got another recorded message.. giving file number, and a time to call by..   receptionist hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone to remove my phone number.. called back  left message.. no response.. I am fed up with this..

Is this a "legit" debt collection agency or some kind of scam operation?

I have been receiving calls from this "agency" for a fictitious credit card debt with a bank I have never done business with. I have never had any unpaid bills with any company at any time. But those FDR maniacs aren't interested and are threatening all sort of things "if I don't pay".

They sound like mafiosi trying to shake me.

Robtic voice looking for "Majel Lucian" (I think). Don't know and have never known anyone even CLOSE to that name. Most recent call got threatening. If I (Majal) don't call them back, further action will be taken.

I don't owe anything. I KNOW my credit (past and present).

They are on a fishing expedition. Don't tell them ANYTHING

I will, however, tell them to put the # they are calling into Canada 411 and see who they get.

I am writing in regard to my 94 years old father, who is bed ridden. My dad has one cell phone in case of emergency, and all he gets is a call from  1-800-763-3328 an answering service to call back. What I found out that this number is from Montreal and from a collection agency.
Does he really need to call these Son of a b***hes.....
