I have called this 855-2287515 that came up on my caller ID several times within 10 of receiving a call telling me that they were taking me to court and had run my IRS account to see what money I make, BIG lie on their part because I am unemployed.
I called the number back and now the number is no longer a working number.

Ironically the debt, if it actually exists is more than 25 years old,,, They refused to give me any information such as what company they represent, what the call is about, etc, after I refused to give them my social security number.

Got a call from 855-228-7519 which comes back as a jack myer. However, the so-called attorney in charge of my case was Steve Atwater. He wanted my bank account info to collect a debt from a jewelry store back in 2008. Said paperwork was sent to the county courthouse and i would be summoned if i didn't agree to settle this debt for 50% of what was owed. After doing research this number and his personal # 716-256-1790 came back to M&S Associates. Glad I read these posts because it sounds like Mr.wilson has a new name.

A company alleging they are an arbitration service identifying themselves as M&S Associates are calling my friends, family and estranged family and leaving messages that make my friends and family believe I'm in legal trouble. This company has left messages stating I have been notified on my sister's voicemail numerous times. I spoke with one guy who requested my address to send me a package but refused to give any details. They are leaving numerous and repeated messages on other people's voice mail about me. The number they are calling from is 877-937-0563 The company threatens me with legal but won't even give me information.

They are PHONEY attorneys and are trying to collect from a DEAD relative.  They told me that they will continue to call unless we send them a copy of the death certificate.  COME AND GET IT!!!!!

I received a call from a blocked # and did not answer, so they left a long message. She said she was calling to verify my address as the primary residence of occupancy for -_________ ( a person other then myself) she said she has documents that verify my name and social . She says I was listed as a primary recipient , so before I go ahead and schedule the documents to be forwarded out which will mandate my presence and signature , I just wanted to give you a courtesy  call and inform you that the scheduling process will BEGIN in the next 24 to 48 hours
She has a request for ________  to sign and respond to a required demand notice per federal law being issued by an independent service.
She ends the conversation by saying JUST TO BE CLEAR failure to contact the issuing party may result ( next what she says is not clear the next word I can understand is termination, ) and you have been officially notified. She leaves a phone # and file #
This was my cell phone , she clearly said my name. I took the voice mail to our attorney at work. And then I called the number, and I started the conversation by saying an attorney was in possession of voice mail but I was just curious enough to call and find out where they got my name , number, etc. from. The man I spoke to said his name was Andrew and he was from m and s assc. He apologized for the behavior of the company they hired in my state to find this person. Here was the funny part. First he assured me I was no part of the debt. duh. But he never asked me if I knew how to contact this person. He told me he would email this 3rd party company to remove my phone #. It was really bizarre. I did give the person the info, he called, got voice mail, left his name and phone # but never was called back.

I made copies of the voice mail and am filing a complaint. I think these ppl are sitting right next to each other and they saw my number come up on caller id. So they answered. He was nice but at the same time  the game is for me to get _______ to call because they upset me. I think when I told him the voice mail was in the hands of an attorney he treated me differently. Was more careful. Now lets see if they are dumb enough to call me back. I hope so.

TGK Services has obtained an "F" rating from the BBB (they are a collection agency) and the address they have listed with the BBB is a UPS drop box site, also Mr Mike Wilson is NOT a registered lawyer in the state of NY

Pay no mind, and certainly no money, to the illiterate fool shilling for hostile lawbreakers.

Have dealt with clown Wilson a few times and finally had local police call him due to harassment on bad debts resulting in ID fraud some 5 and 6 years ago. Even though not my loans, statue of limitation has expired and they know attempts to collect are violation of fed law. Policeman even gave clown wilson the case number and the clown started stammering and stuttering and back-tracked like a crawfish.  Now that we have their fax land line we intend to pursue legal actions with both NY and TX Attorney Generals assistance. Even plan on physically tracking the clown down (although his name is not Wilson) and bring legal actions against him. Remember that based on your states limits the amounts are probably subject to small claims court and clown Wilson's company couldn't afford the legal fees to serve on these scams. Just plead with them to serve you and keep your recorded conversations ( also subject to your states laws) as we may need them after we serve them their papers and wipe that smile off the clown's face. Hope his soul belongs to our lord as his backend is going to be mine.  Treat him like any other bully - call his bluff but in a nice manner

I got a disturbing call that there was a legal issue.  Very upsetting.  When I returned the call, they refused to say who they were but wanted my name.

I'm so glad you all have posted here. My new husband had a message left at his parents phone tonight stating  they were from our county we live in (which is different state than you all are from) (Oklahoma) and stated he needed to come sign legal papers and if not he is forfeiting his rights etc and that this was a civil and criminal matter. They make it sound like he is in a lot of trouble. I called the number and its after working hours and the number was 800-764-3056 x106. The woman who left a message said she was Ms. Montgomery. When I called this number it was a mans voice stating he was Mike Wilson. I hung up called back and then listened again and hit "O" and again no information anywhere on who this company is. Most legal departments etc identify who they are. So is this a collection agency? and can they really do anything?. My husband is unemployed so of course they can't meet him at work to embarrass him anymore than he already is after losing his job. Please help with any info on who these ruthless people are.

Received a message that the person they were looking for listed me as a relative and contact person. That they were serving papers to this person's home & work with no luck.  I did not wish to be connected to something illegal with someone I dont even know. So I called the number back that they gave me but only received a voice mail for Mike Wilson. Left a message letting him know I dont know the person and not to call again.  They continue to call!!

I continue to receive calls from 1-800-764-3056 on a daily basis at my work phone line and personal cell phone. Each call uses names like Ms. Hall calling on behalf of the Harris County Courts stating that there are documents which will be serve to my home or place of work on behalf of someone else. They are claiming that I am being criminally charged with fraud tied to my social security nukmber which will prevent me from applying for credit or future investments. They even leave bougas case numbers and when you call back, they give you no info.  I would really like for the upsetting phone calls to stop.

Keep getting calls from M and S Associates..last week I spoke to a man called Chris Hudson, we talked for
over 30 minutes-he gave me his fax number, assisted me as to what to do, said I had a pay day loan with
Loan Point USA--NOT--I didn't argue, he said he was stopping the process to be served at my work or at my
home-TODAY, I get a call from Ms. Langford, who said I was going to be served but when I started asking
questions she sent me to Brad Hudson. I ask him his phone # and ext. and then ask for Chris Hudson, he
said there wasn't anyone there with that name-I ask him what his Fax # was and he got furious with me and
screamed a bunch of junk-said he was putting me down as a refusal to pay-then hung up on me.  I've been
getting these kinds of calls for over 2 years and every number comes up on one of these sites.. I guess I will call the BBB---HELP Oh yea, here's the phone # from last week 866-273-5599--So called Chris Hudson
said his direct line was 800-282-3214==today the number came up PRIVATE

These same people tried to pull this with me back in February 2012 about a 12 year old bill. I received a call from this Mr. Wilson guy also. I was threatened jail time as well as being picked up on a possible warrant. This company is a joke and under investigation by the FBI. DO NOT PAY THIS COLLECTION AGENCY. They are located in Cheektowaga NY and need to be shut down. Contact the Cheektowaga Police as I did and then call the NY state Attorney General on these scam artists. They are not licensed to collect in every state as they are a smal agency that collect illegally. If you have been scammed by this agency, you need to call your bank and stop any payments that are on file. They do not report to the credit reporting agencies and they are just scumbags. Their illegal practices and scams need to be stopped and I will help do it by investigating them as well. They are or once were LMK and associates as I found Mr Wilson has worked there as well.  His coworkers are all frauds and hide Mr. Wilson when confronted on his illegal tactics. I have reports with the AG as well as with the Cheektowaga Police to have them eventually shut down. These small agencies are scams as all these agencies are out of Buffalo NY and they are being shut down 1 by 1 and owners are doing jail time due to their illegal tactics. Mr. Wilson I hope you do not have any family to support as when you are banned to collect in any state what will you then do? The secret service is investigating them. call 989 497 0580 to report incidents.They claim to be attorneys but they are not. They are bill collectors collecting on illegal payday loans. Do not pay them a dime. I got all my money back that I paid them and I am filing a personal lawsuit and hope to make some money now off them from their illegal tactics. They call and discuss my debts with my family, they continue to call me when I tell them to stop calling, They jack the prices up so high that people pay because they are scared into jail time which these payday loans are not a criminal act. They are non collectible as they cannot sue you nor can they take your drivers license as they also try and say they can revoke or suspend your drivers license. Shut these people down and anyone who has paid this illegal collection agency needs to goto their bank and get all your money back as they collect these debts illegally. Is it against the law for a person to call and tell friends and family members that there is lawsuit out for you and do they have any numbers or addresses for you........even if there is no way of knowing who they are and who they are calling about...the guy named Mike is not an attorney and when he says he has filed with the county courthouse, its not true.. make it stop or get the police involved?????
