I had T-Mobile and let a teenage neighbor get a phone on my plan.  He wanted to get a new phone, and I went by the T_Mobile store and told them he was coming in, and he was going to pay for a new phone, and not to let him do anything else especially extend my contract. They immediately extended my contract, and of course the kid was gone next time the bill came.  I will never pay this bill, come hell or high water.  T Mobile can go kick rocks.

I've been getting almost daily calls from 800-771-5361, to collect a debt.  These calls come during work hours to my home phone and all I get is the same pre-recorded message.  I have no outstanding debts, I even pay my credit card weekly when necessary.  If this is a true outstanding debt, then the collection agency should be mailing me a notice.  I've lived at the same address for over 20 years and my credit reports less than 2 years ago showed nothing I wasn't aware of.  I am not going to return their call...ever.

Got a call from this place bout a bill I owe, the first man was nice and gave me the address to send money orders, had to call back to get account number this next man that took the call tried everyday to get my bank info, not gonna get it a***ole. Then he laughs at me because I pay my bills with money orders. U live in Tennessee so the number was a 615 800 number.

Total Scam! I am not a perfect person, i have had accounts in collections before but i have paid them all. I also just recently bought a house a few weeks ago so i know exactly what i owe to everyone and everything on my credit report. I have had the same account through tmobile for 13 years. I also opened up a tmobile account for my recent ex husband YEARS ago that has always, always been paid. In january we switched names on the account when we got divorced. To switch names, the account had to be paid up to date, which it was. And i just signed onto his account online and it is paid up to date! They are saying his account it is almost $200 past due from January. Demanded written proof because i can show them proof that they are full of crap. The information of the "account" they have too is a combination of both of our new address information which we have never shared together because we have been seperated over a year.

I bet these people posting "they are a legit company", "pay your bills" are their employees trying to "even" the playing field to make them not look like total losers.

After 15 days of non stop calling which are including weekends..I finally got enough courage to call this company back to see what they want. At first I was a little hesitant of calling them because of various phone scams that are happening in my state.When I did......I reached some guy in Florida. Mind you they have been calling from a local number with the same area code as mine. Took me back a little but he said he was looking for someone that had this number which is my new cell phone number.I told him I don't know the individual but I would like them to stop calling me or I'm going to call the North Carolina attorney general for harassing phone calls.He said that he'll take my name off the list but I'll wait and see.

if this is diversified consultants as some have said, than they not only call me from this number but several others, even 3 local numbers now 713-997-8023, 713-997-8036, 713-997-8472.  they call my cell phone all the time and at all hours, they never leave a message.  someone mentioned it could be linked to cell phones and tmobile, which i used to recieve calls about a long time ago asking for some other person, perhaps the previous owner, but i already had that number for like 10yrs by then.  i actually don't remember if i ever sorted that out or not, but now that i'm seeing these two issues could be one in the same, i'm probably going to contact tmobile and/or report diversified consultants inc as well

I repeatedly get calls from this number and when I answser, there is a recording asking for someone else regarding a business matter.  I AM NOT THIS PERSON, SO PLEASE QUIT CALLING!!

I received calls from this number along with 2 others.  Someone stole my identity and purchased new phones through tmobile so I canceled my account with them and filed a police report. When I got someone on the phone from DCI, I informed them of my report and gave them my attourneys information.  The guy on the phone called me stupid and said he was making a note stating I am unwilling to settle the dept and collection efforts will continue.  I told him I will be filing harassment charges and adding them to the list of creditors we are filing bancruptcy on.  He responded saying I cannot file on them because the debt wasnt reported to my credit bureau yet..... What a load of s***.

answer call with my name.. no response... asked who was calling.. no response... total silence... stayed on the line for about 30 secs. and then I hung up...

I am assuming you guys are a debt collector for sprint as well as t-mobile.  I haven't been able to pay sprint my 140 dollars I owe them.  I have so many bills to pay with a higher priority then this.  The old company that used to call me about it asked me when can they expect payments.  I said in July 2014 you will get the full amount paid to you until then I have nothing for you.

These people have been calling 4-5 times a day from 8am -8pm I've blocked their calls so now they are calling my families numbers with 800# (877)7305704 & local numbers...such as 909247-1078,  909-247-1018 & 909-247-1048 I've done research it's diversified consultants...they seem to have a reputation for harassment and have been sued many times for their illegal collection tactics...beware!

they call several times a week and ask for different names, nobody I ever heard of. I called them back and asked them to stop calling me as they have the wrong number. They just said ok and hung up, he did not even ask what my number is so how does he know not to call anymore? Why are these people allowed to operate and what do they want? We owe nobody any money, the persons asked for are unknown to us, just stop these invasive calls!

These are the phone numbers they call me from 713-997-8061-832-380-8523-713-329-0286.  You call me and immediately have a rude tone in your voice, I am not speaking with you that is rule number 1.  Rule number 2 is if you have my information, don't ask me stupid questions, rule number 3, I don't owe you a damn dime.  My dispute of payment is between me and Comcast.  My cable did not work for 8 months and you expect me to pay you money?  Not gonna happen.  Stop calling Diversified Consultans, Diversified Collections, or whatever you wish to call yourself.  I do not owe you a dime.

Rec a call from this company, they are looking for my ex-husband and told me that the ex used me/my number as a reference.  I think NOT cause I've been divorced over 2 years AND they asked for HIM not ME.  I know it's for an ATT Bill he owes, needless to say that's why I'm divorced!!!

 I have had the same phone number for six years. This is not a matter of me, getting some debt-dodger's number assigned to my new cellphone.
 I have repeatedly (and pleasantly) attempted to explain this to the DCI callers, who continue to ring my phone with recorded messages or local-number calls. I have NEVER gotten rude or confrontational. My response is always the same... "I'm sorry. There is nobody here by that name. I believe you have gotten the wrong number."
 The responses? I have been hung up on. I have been told to "let ______ know we called." I have been accused of lying. I have been yelled at.
 Yes, I do have a debt... which I have been making payments on. But that debt is in MY name, I VOLUNTARILY have had my own wages allocated to pay them directly, and I am NOT going to take the harassment of people who are unable or unwilling to do the same.
 I am DONE being polite.

I owe a bill to AT&T, since I live in Arkansas, they call me from 501-722-4590/501-7724596/501-722-4648/501676-9351/501-574-0197/501-574-0242. So, beware, they will hassle you using local or phone numbers from within the state you live in.

Let me tell you why I am not happy, DCI has now called me more than 150 times, each time asking for someone I have never heard of. I have had this phone number for over 10 years, so it's not even likely that this person ever had my phone number. I screamed at your supervisor a month ago and the calls stopped for about 3 weeks and now you have started them up again. At some point I will figure out how to harass you and your company as much as you have harassed me, There is also a lawyer that specializes in cases against your company so I am trying to sue you for the $1000 damages plus lawyer fees for harassing me allowed by law. So if I am in a bad mood and yell at you when you call now you know why.

This is a scam,  they will say you have a hot check,  there address are ups mail boxes they are doing this all over Texas maybe everywhere.  Call the police and give them any information, you can get a case number....we can shut this scam down...post on facebook share with friends
