they called me, actually it was "bri", saying I took out a loan and now there's late fee's on it so now it's up to $300 something. I told her a few times they already took the loan back out of my bank. So i already paid them. She then got extremely rude and nasty. We argued about this for a few minutes until I finally decided to hang up. It's a do***e bag calling for debts on cash land loans. I already paid them!! stop calling me!!

YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH AT 35 TO PAY YOUR BILL. I DON'T BLAME THEM FOR CALLING YOUR PARENTS. THEY WERE THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOU NEEDED THE MONEY AND NOW YOU NEED TO MAKE THEM A PRIORITY AND PAY THEM =)

I got a call that said they were a collection agency and I needed to pay for an unpaid bill.   I have no unpaid bills...Called back, gort a voice messaging system that asked me for the last 4 digits of my social.   The person who originally left me a message on my phone did not speak clearly into the phone, It sounded like she said her name was Benefice????  and she slurred the extension number to ask for so badly, after listening to the voice message 6 times...I could still not make out the extension number!!!  

They took money directly out of my account!!!!!!!!! 500 and some dollars I told them just yesterday that I would make payments and said that was fine! And next morning they took right out my account some lady named Taylor!!!  So upset

hello, first off not all people go into a cash advanced with the thought of never paying them back, if you havent noticed our economy now sucks. The people on here can complain if they want to, its why you can leave a post. In case you havent heard alot of people have lost there jobs due to what is going on in our economy, so please before you degrade the people for taking out a cash advance try and see the other side of it for a moment or walk in their shoes for a day. Not everyone has intentions to borrow money and not pay back. Ive come to conclusion you must be a bill collector, eather that or you work for cash land lol. I do agree with one thing you have said though, that it does mess up peoples credit. Get your knowledge straight though its not an intentional" bad check" writing so no one will go to jail there hasn't been debtors prison in years. It is not all the younger generation eather by the way its generally everyone of every generation. Have a great day.

This company continues to call me for one of my employees.  The company has been informed by myself and their customer that her employer does not allow such calls at work, yet they continue to call.  

Having been a collections technician in my youth, I am documenting each call that is made to me for my employee and I will guide her on how to file a lawsuit against this company in small claims court.  That should wipe out any balance she owes them.

I had to borrow from Cashland and then someone got access to my bank account which I had to change.  I've been trying to make arrangements to pay them back, which I wasn't able to pay the original plan.  I tried to make weekly payments, but a woman named Danielle told me it was unacceptable, was VERY rude and condescending and I had to hang up on her when she started yelling at me.  I will continue to make my weekly payments but will not accept any of her phone calls.

Also, she only identified herself as Mrs. Green. This was after demanding info.

Someone calling requesting information. But got mad WHEN I asked for more than their name. No clue what its in reference to. I hung up. When she hemmed and hauled about identifying the company.

I actually talked to the woman. She asked to speak to my daughter-in-law and said my number was given as a contact number when I asked her how she got my number. I told her she hadn't lived with me for 2 or 3 years and asked what it was about. She said her name was Judy Green and it was personal, Told her I was at work and couldn't talk and told her to call me back after 10 pm. She said-well,thats kinda late. Right then I knew it was a b***s*** call.Told her I'd tell my daughter-in-law that she called and did. She said that the woman had been calling her and to tell her not to call my number anymore and to delete it.Which is just one of many things I'll be saying to her if she calls me again.

This is weird some lady named Judy called me told me to call them back at the number that isn't even the one they called me on in the first place... Told me to dial some extension I'm not wasting my time.

I just got a call from a person claiming to be Susan Smith..ext 3360 for someone I have no clue to who they are looking for but gave all kinds of info for that person....That should be a crime if they are calling giving personal information and not verifying that they are speaking with the correct person...dumb a**es.

I have been receiving calls from this number from a Mike at ext 3924 at work and my family is reciving calls and other personal numbers asking for my residence and personal information really this has to stop im being harrased at work and after hours

this is a legit cashland loan service. i just got a phone call from them today wanting to talk to my ex cause not too long after he ran off with some w***e and they both quit their jobs being lazy bums!!

So yesterday I got a call from this number and they said they were leaving a message for someone other than myself, however, the name they said was a friend of mine back in college in 2004. So I called them today to find out what was going on. I told the lady what the message said, and who they were looking for and she asked me for my  number, I gave her the number and she came back on the line and asked me if I knew anyone by my name. I said, that's me. She goes on to tell me about some debt I have since 2003 from a check cashing place. I explained to the lady that I was never in debt to that check cashing place and do not call me ever again about this. Back in 2002, I was in with the check cashing place. I paid my payday loan, but the store had a thief, who stole 1000's of dollars and quit. There were about 25 customers who were listed as "unpaid" but actually paid. The company refused to listen to any of our complaints. I still to this day have my receipt that I paid my balance off. Besides, back then when you paid it off, you got your check back, If I hadn't paid off the debt, they would have cashed in the check into my checking account, which I had all the way up to 2010 then i moved out of state. So Cashland needs to set their records straight, I have been fighting them now for 10 years. Its time to call it a loss (not b/c of me, but b/c of their theiving employees)

This number called me and when i called back, i went through prompts but couldn't get ahold of someone so i could make arrangements. Lately things have gotten difficult but I will pay what I owe. My advice is to call them back and see if it is your debt or if you are a reference, ask to be removed

They need not call the employees work numbers.  Some of us will not have a job if they continue!!!

I got a phone call and didnt answer it looked on here and seen what it was.. So I called back...my aunt used me as a reference they put me on a DNC list and the lady that I talked to seemed friendly.

Some guy named Tom wanted to "verify my application information". HA! Idiot is nothing but a Debt Collector and needs to speak to my lawyer. I told him as such when I called him back. Boy, did he try to get off the call in a hurry!

They finally mailed a bill, one that had already been paid, by the way, so everyone they call isn't a deadbeat like a few on here seem to imply (who obviously bottom feed in this business. Just file a complaint about them - funny how on the phone they won't tell you anything about who they are unless you divulge info - something I'll never do since THEY CALLED ME.

Ha ha I know a few deadbeat Republicans too...This number calls my place of business and hangs up when I answer, I tried to call back but, since it is computer answered, I can't talk to anyone.

I simply don't have time to mess with these calls.
