This number keep calling without leaving a message. How is this a valid phone call if they refuse to leave a message. Anything can be sent in the mail. Please let them know this or I will place them on a blocked caller list. I am about to move to Isreal this evening so they should get together and leave a message.

Surburban Hospital ER Bill Payment opportunity.  I still had a deductable to pay after the insurance paid.

Another anniversary has come and gone.  No calls from you today.  I sit, alone in my empty room staring at the phone and wondering when, where you will contact me again.

I miss you, but I think you have left me for another.

Thats ok, I hope you're happy and doing well, chasing other debtors but one day, maybe soon, you will brighten my day with a fresh collection call!  Until then, I remain ---- waiting, wishing, hoping.

They didn't call the employees rude etc. Too busy/emotional to carefully read?

Happy ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!  It was exactly one year ago today that you called (see my post above from 13 Dec 2010).

Today, our conversation was a non-starter.  I picked-up the phone, said hello and you, did nothing and then hung-up!!!

What kind of an anniversary present is that?  No flowers, candy, a diamond ring?  You didn't even
acknowledge the time we have spent together!

Well... I guess I will seriously have to re-evaluate our relationship in this coming year and think long and hard about where "we" are heading!  

If its another debtor or deadbeat, I'll understand - but I will always treasure our most precious moments we had together!

Since my first bill I have sent in a payment along with payment schedule set for a 100 every two weeks, i have been faithful with my payments ( as I am in the health field myself), This number continues to call every day twice a day. They insist that my payments are not good enough and that they want the entire balance paid at one time. I wrote another letter explaining that I couldn't do that, I didnt even have that much in my checking account (ever), however I would continue with the payments as I had been doing. I think it's crazy that they keep calling when clearly they can see my account has a steady payment. UGH!!! stop calling me already!!! :(

I get this call almost daily on my cell phone, sometimes several times a day.  When I pick up, the line instantly goes dead.

Got a call on my cell phone which is rare. When I called back it just says business office.

I THINKS IS RUDE TO SAY THAT ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES..I RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE ON MY DATE OF SERVICE, AND I ACTUALLY APRRECIATE THEM CALLING ME TO FOLLOW UP ON MY ACCT..I TEND TO FORGET TO PAY SINCE IM A PRETTY OCCUPIED WOMAN IN THE BUSINESS FIELD, AND PAYING OVER THE PHONE, RECEIVING CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND MY RECPT BY MAIL WAS GREAT!

Yep, its a collection agency for Surburban.  Wanted to speak with someone here other than me and wouldn't discuss anything, citing HIPPA compliance rules.  Informed her I would be more than willing to settle the bill and she needn't disclose the aspects of the reason for the bill, just the amount due.

She would not entertain this option and insisted on speaking with the original party which incurred the expense.  Told her that would currently be unlikely, so we seemed to had reached an impasse based on an over-enforced (in this case) rule which would not allow the conversation nor payment to continue.

Silly hospital, silly bill collector.  Re-evaluate your policy and you may actually be able to close a few more delinquent accounts in a more timely manner and without so much fuss.

I got their phone calls too. For some little ER room fee. I asked the person send me bill as I think I already paid. It never happened.

1-800-773-3990 keeps calling my number nearly daily at about 12:37 p.m. and then does not answer when I pick up.  I am interested to discover it is Suburban Hospital.  I have had about three small bills from them since a hospital stay at Suburban in September.  I have returned the bills unpaid at the instruction of my HMO and explained to Suburban Hospital that my HMO and/or Medicare is responsible.  When I also subsequently called Suburban to explain to them again why the bills were not my responsibility I encountered an answering machine. My call was not returned  It is very annoying and I am surprised that a hospital with such a good name as Suburban would employ these useless, rude and frustrating accounting tactics. tactics

I called the number back.  It hooked me up with Suburban Hospital in Bethesda MD.  I owe an ER fee from last month and they were following up on payment.
