I have gotten charged $39.97 out of my bank account for the past two months. One from TLOZ Figure and the other stated it was from ABA with two different phone numbers. Has anyone else had this happen to you? I have no idea what these charges are for and when you call one of the numbers they say they are customer support for an online adult website??? please help!!

Yeah I have the same problem. I am getting billed from this apparent website aswell. I have no idea who this or what website it is, so if anyone has any idea please help as I do not like spending $50.00 on something I have no idea about.

I have no idea whether this is a phone number or some scam or porn site but I have been charged $A50.00 for something called ABA 800-778-9583 and cannot log on to a site of find out who to call to rectify the problem.  Does anyone know who or what they are.

yes big a** scame you may buy somthing online as simple as a plane ticket and the some how get your credit card details and put them on fake company's and charge u, i'm from australia and got ripped off about $250 dollars if calling from Oz and you have the same problem call 001118007789583 and u cancel what ever they have sighned you up for, don't give them your credit card details give them you e-mail address, and they can cancel it, but say good by to getting your money back!! A** holes!!

I want to cancel my subscription

I have had the following $39.97 charge turn up on my credit card bill for 2 months now (just noticed): GOLDSUPPORTNOW.COM 888-859-6216 , GBR EN5 5LJ.

Can I just cancel through my credit card?  The goldsupportnow site is useless.

Well, they made good on their reverse debits.  My account has been refunded.  However, I'm not totally sure it won't come back.

I checked my bank account and I was in the hole, so I investigated and found HHG ACCESS 800-881-8084 written, not once but twice on 9/21.  each time 38.88 was deducted and my lovely bank charged me $30 EACH for fees for going in the hole.  I called and got a disconnected message.  I investigated it here and got info to call 1-800-778-9583 so I did.  Finally, I got the guy to cancel and say he would refund the money and wait 7-10 days.

I then investigated further on my bank statement and found GOLDSUPPORTNOW.COM 888-859-6216 on 9/18.  I called the number and got a very very rude woman.  After being on hold forever she came back and told me that I had 50, yes FIFTY accounts active...however they were being declined payment.  (my bank sent me new cards in the mail in May stating my account had been comprimised.)  I then asked her to find the $39.95 account that IS active and had been charging me since June.  She told me she could not cancel it because I have to deal with the ones charging me.  I screamed and yelled at her to cancel the acct. and she continued to stonewall me.  I asked for her supervisor and she told me she was the supervisor, I asked for her supervisor and round and round we went until I hung up.  I calmed down, called back and got a VERY nice woman that canceled the account, however she could not issue a refund because it was my husband's account.  So I emailed them from my husband's email and got them to state they would issue a refund.

Today, I looked further into my account and found two charges in August.  I found two items 08-19-09 ABA 800-778-9583 $39.97.  There were two charges for the same amount on two different days.  Now that I'm looking at it, this ABA is the same phone number as it was this month for HHG ACCESS for $38.88.  I haven't called them back regarding this amount, since it was charged over a month ago.  

Anyway, will I get any of the money I requested back? Are any of these accounts REALLY canceled? I'm definitely going to my bank to cancel my cards.  This is definitely not the first time I've had to go through this.  I had a charge on 05-09-09 DEBITSYS.NET 888 301 3522 for $155.88.  My husband dealt with that one, so I don't know what it was, we've never gotten that money back, but he was able to cancel the account.  

I do know that the majority (if not all) have to do with porn sites.  Specifically the ones that allow you to chat with others within your area, for hook-ups.  My husband was using an email account he never opened (spam account designed for porn use and porn spam) When I opened up that account, I was able to figure out that Goldsupportnow.com was from a website called accessdvdsnow.com.  To further complicate things, the people that actually charge your account is a place called Jettis International.  Here's a link to their web https://jettisintl.com/support/index.html  That explains who they are, why you are being billed and how to cancel.

Anyway, very expensive lesson learned.  #1 Check your bank statements OFTEN, and NEVER EVER give your cc info for any free trial.

It is fraudlant , alert your bank and report it as fraudlant .
Dont hesitate to change your card cuz as long as you dont change it , they will chaarge you in many diffrent ways .
It is my advice and i know if these if these ppl refund your money they will charge you again with another name , belive me i have exprience so DONT HESITATE to change your card

I just found a charge by this phone number 800-881-8084 and then had to call 800-778-9583 for HHG ACCESS charged to my account for 38.88 and it was for a subscription to some femalewives or porn I imagine and I did not sign up for this.. called and cancelled..This was under by a person using the screen name blaze420suljah@msn.com or something like that with last name of Jackson.. The people you get to talk to never speak english.. I have just replaced my card and account recently.. Hope dont have to do it again.

This showed up in my CC statement also with a date Aug 27. Not once but twice with 39.97 each. Called bank and told that these are fraud transactions. They asked me to fill a form and submit. I did. Need to wait and see.

Thank you for stating this. I too work in fraud with a bank. PEOPLE STOP CLAIMING ANYTHING YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE AS FRAUD. THIS IS YOUR MONEY. STOP THINKING THAT WE ARE RESPONSIBLE. WE ARE NOT GOING TO HOLD YOUR HAND.

I also spoke with Cassandra, she put me on forever hold, would not give me any info as to why my debit card was charged, $80+. I called my bank, Wachovia, they have locked my debit card & credited my account. I think this is a company from another country. When I spoke with Cassandra the call echoed, with both my cell & land line.

Just did. It showed up for me as BMM BMM and INTER-DS SERVICE GRP on my account. This is a scheme where you sign up for a free trial and automatically get signed up for two other sites. (all elite pass and all network pass) Now there are boxes to uncheck but I'm sure I must have missed them. Since this is not on the up and up I gave them a call at 800-757-1826. They asked for my credit card number. I Just gave them my Name and after about 5 minutes of holding was asked to confirm my the las four of my CC. so I got the skinny on from the guy about what I was being charged and why.Now just tell him you want a refund becuase this seems fishy.
The gentleman that I talked to said they would refund my card but intern would have my card added to some kind of adult site blacklist. well worth me getting back my 80 bucks.
So anyway If you don't hear back from me I recieved the refund.

My card is VISA issued. Maybe it's a random selection of bank cards, but I'ma randomly issue my foot up whoever a** that took my s*** out with no permission.

I received a charge from this s*** today for $39.97 and when I call, it's always busy. I am going to cuss their a***s out when I get through.

Mike,  were you able to get the charges canceled?  I know a couple of people that has happened to and I was wondering how your situation was resolved.

here's the deal with those guys. there is a porn site (teenlovelive, probably others too) that is a legitimate site, that you can cancel within 24 hours and not get charged. But .... there are two tiny little boxes on the start panel that if you don't un-select the boxes you get automatically signed up for two other site memberships that won't get canceled (one $39.25 and one $40.xx). I called them and told them that my credit card company is going to investigate them, their link to ABA, and their dirty little trick will be reveled. I also got the other memberships canceled by going into the original site customer service. It was all one company fraud, that depends on peoples embarrassment about going to a porn site. I canceled my credit card anyway since I don't feel good with that information floating around. A relatively inexpensive lesson.
