Outstanding!!!!

I received a ltr from CMRE Financial-3075 E. Imperial Hwy #200-Brea, CA 92821 using this phone number.  They tell me that Valley Pathology Med Assn has turned a $30 bill over to them for collections.  This is a bogus claim....I have Kaiser Senior Advantage and Pathology is in-house. I kind of think they send out letters to senior citizens hoping they'll just pay up on a small amount rather than hassle with a collector.  I called the number...was transferred around and finally got to the voice mail of "Whitney"...ext #486.  Left a message that I have Kaiser and this is a bogus billing. We'll see what happens.

They are supposed to be CMRE Financial Services, Inc.....a medical collection agency.

I got a letter from CMRE at this phone number telling me that a bill for $30 was turned over to them for collection from a Pathology Assoc that I've never used or received a bill from.  (I have Kaiser Senior Advantage...they have their own Pathologists). Thinking they send out bogus bills for small amounts in hopes that people will just pay the small bill rather than go through a hassle.

Received a ltr telling me that Valley Pathology Center turned a $30 to their collection dept.  I have never received a bill from Valley Pathology because I have never used them.  I have Kaiser Permanente...something stinks! I called this number and after being transferred to several different people, I had to leave a message with "Whitney" on extension 486.  I left the message that this is a bogus billing that I am researching. We'll see where that goes.

I just want to let you guys know you can buy phones with call blocks in them or a call blocker  look at Amazon  Panasonic  makes some they will stop  calling .

first of all it is illegal to say they are going to take you to court only the orginal creditor can do that and you need to report them to the federal trade commission and file a complaint and also they can not tell you about another persons debt. when they call for someone they are fishing in which trying to get a lead on a person.

CMRE Financial Systems- California , I was attacked and robbed in Melrose Park Illinois, was taken to Westlake Community Hospital in Melrose , They sicked these people on me for a Paltry amount. Hope the elctronic calls stop.

Well, I've had a bunch of calls and they promised each time they would not call.

So here is what I am going to do. On Monday I go down the street to small claims and file an action against them and the hospital they are calling about for $500.00

My business is to review telemarketing calls for effectiveness, quality of sound and length. I charge $250 per call. I've had two calls after notifying them that the next time they call I will be billing them. I sent those invoices and they have gone unpaid.

The paperwork is in order. I will likely get a default judgement which I will then proceed to collect plus collection costs.

Hopefully they will call a few more times before the court date so I can amend my complaint to a higher amount. They will eventually stop calling..

Got a call this morning from a 702-576-0639 and it was an automated voice machine stating they were from CMRE Financial Services and to call 800-783-9118.  

The recording gave out the person's full name whom is in debt.  This person's name was not me so I now know who the person was whom had my phone number before me.  I attempted to call CMRE Financial Services and explain there is no such person at my cell phone number and got no where with these people and they seemed to not care.  

I reported this matter to the phone co. and was told the best thing to do is to change my phone number, ( YEAH RIGHT ) Did that two times in one month and I get someone else's problems.  So now I have added these two numbers to my caller ID block list.  

And forget the do not call list people.  Been there and done it and it does not work.  The best thing I found to fight back is to get caller id block and start adding these pieces of crap to it.  Works very well too.

I get calls for a tennant that moved out ten years ago. Isn't one or two messages enough?  I don't call back.  It will only encourage them.

I set this number in my cell phone address book with the name "Loser" So when they call.....wait for it......wait for it.......I turn the books on them and have fun with them!   Everytime they call, I scream at them curse them out, tell them I'm doing things, with there mothers, daughters, etc. while they are working. I tell them that this phone does't belone to the person they are call, that in fact he was killed in a fire, hit by a bus, shot in the war, etc. You get the ideal!

Have been getting calls from this number for more than one year. Dont know how they lose track of the actual person they are trying to connect.

I keep getting a call from this number about some debt collection for someone I don't know.

Called while at work saying they are calling on behalf of my hospital, knowing that I DO NOT OWE anything to any hospital, i return the call but can never get an actual person to pick up.  If they want their money so bad, why not have someone jump at a return call????  Now I read that I should have never called from my home, but it's too late, just hope they stop calling. Is there a way to block this particular number?

Mr Dyson, quit improving on vacuum cleaners and invent something that will FRY UNWANTED CALLERS EQUIPTMENT. Now that would be priceless.....

I have been getting calls from these boners for a couple months now at all hours of the day. No idea who they are looking for and can never get a real person to answer. They give me some "Werner" name as the person they are looking for but the recording tells me to "ignore the call" if I am not "Werner...." How about you stop calling my phone you bunch of tards.

I just want to know what's the name of the company they were using.

They're information is not up to date or correct.  Trying to collect on a debt that has already been settled with the provider.

Called me too- says company name is CMRE. When I asked what that stood for, I was told "it doesn't stand for anything". Sounds to me like another scum telemarketer.  I looked it up, and found this:

I made contact with this company about a medical bill for my son whom is a student in high school without a job (yes he is 19 years old)and currently covered by my insurance. I just wanted to find out what I could do to help him resolve the matter. I was not asking for specific information about the account. The gentlemen (Megale)was so rude, I just could not believe it. He told me that because he could not discuss the account with me (as you see above I didn't ask to discuss)that he had a quota to meet and I was wasting his time and he would be hanging up now. Now I can have my son call and give permission for me to inquire on the account but do I really want to deal with someone like this.

As a former employee at CMRE, let me first apologize to anyone that I spoke to and offended, my name is mentioned on the reviews from quite along time ago. This is a tough job and have had many debtors scream and cuss at me over my time there, this makes for a stressful situation when the call immediately starts this way. I hated that job and not too thrilled with the practices of the company. I wish I could give more details and advice on how to precede with this company, I do not wish to get myself any trouble having been formerly employed there. Be aware however, getting info and providing info for resolutions, very lengthy and difficult process for anyone dealing with this company as a debtor...

I called about a bill I had from my hospital visit in Las Vegas. The guy I got was actually very nice. He told me that the hospital told them to cancel the request for me to pay my bill, but it didn't state why. Obviously thats a good thing, but not having a reason as to why they cancelled makes me a little confused.

This company is a complete joke! I received a bill from them when I called for details I got a very ignorant and rude rep named Manana, after arguing with her I spoke with a manager got my info and paid the bill in full on 10/5/10 taken from my bank on 10/7/10. Bill was $1,045.82 with acct# ending in 4713 mind u I am unemployed and a single mother who really didn't have this money to spare but paid this to not mess up my credit. I receive another bill on 11/10/10 with the same amount $1,045.82 with a new acct#1049, really now!Called customer service spoke with another ignorant rep Addy who would not let me speak and was very rude, so believe me she got a few choice words from me and then she hung up! Needless to say I have my payment confirmation# & bank statement showing the payment made so I don't know who they think they are fooling but it won't be me! I found a name of Jack Nixon who is supposedly the CEO of CMRE but no contact info.

I actually have had an okay experience with this company. At first they were sending their bills and notices to my university's campus with my mother's name on them, so they were being returned to sender. Once I finally caught the mistake, I called them and had the interest waived and have been working with one of their workers, Roni Clarkson, to get the whole debt paid. She was willing to freeze the account and not report it to any of the major credit companies. They weren't the best or even the friendliest, but Roni Clarkson has been completely professional thus far. I will report back later if something happens after the debt has been fully paid.

I was promised by two different representatives that If I paid a 200.00 interest in addition to my balance, that they would have this bill removed from my credit report in 3-5 business days. Not only did they not follow through with our agreement, but they will not reimburse my $200.00.
I call this complete fraud. The manager is clearly horrible and shouldn't have a job in the first place. I really hope the company goes under for all it has caused me.

I recieved a bill from crme. when i called them to pay in full amount I got 4 diffrent customer care agents including 1 supervisor who were the most rude,manipulating individuals I have ever dealt with. Shame on this company and any firms who use there services. they were unproffesional and deserve to have there business license taken away.

I reecived a bill from Newport Harbor Radiology after I paid $800 for my memogram. I didn't want to pay anyone claimed they looked at my images. So they sent me to CMRE. The company is filled with miserable women when I contact them. The receptionist was rude and short. She cut me off before I finished my sentences. The next is Dawn Rose. She threaten to hang up on me when I asked more questions than she was willing to offer. These miserable creatures better not lose their jobs and never have to pay any medical bills by cash. They will get a taste of their own!!

CMRE did not have my correct address. I got their threatening letter by accident. I contacted them on the phone, spoke with unprofessional/incompetent/rude person, Lucy. She told me that she is the supervisor, her full name is Lucy Sims, so I did not get a chance to speak with anybody else. I wrote to her that I need an ITEMIZED statement and that they cannot calculate any interest on medical services. My total was THIRTY dollars, with interest for 3 months $3. Their letter stated that they will submit my name to the Three Major Credit Report companies and that my name will be there for seven years. All; of it in their first correspondence to me, with wrong address and NO itemized bill. After my letter to CMRE, they AGAIN charged me $3 interest, they did send me itemized bill. I called them again, spoke with very unstable and incompetent Lucy Sims again. This time she did understand that the interest must be removed, but demanded thay I immediately give her my credit card and she will charge those $30 on my credit card. I of course declined and insisted that I will send a check. UNBELIEVABLY unacceptable. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

I have been receiving calls for this collection agency as well. My mother recently passed away and have told them by phone and letter that I am not legally responsible to pay my mothers bill (medical). I am currently unemployed and have my own bills to pay. My mother left no estate and no assets.
They left a message when I was out of the house so I couldnt respond to stop the call before they say by accepting this call etc etc.....Well duh...nobody is home to stop the call.
I can't afford a lawyer right now due to my finances. I did not sign anything for my mother when she was admitted into the hospital. She was able to sign herself in at the time. My father died 5 years earlier so they cant seek him out.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Damn it, I've been getting phone calls from these f*ckfaces since I got my new phone and phone number. It's driving me up the wall!! This past call-assault, they left 3-THREE- voicemail messages- they had different phone numbers too...

They're all for 2 different people, a Stacy and a Serena. So irritating!!

So I put my phone number on the Do Not Call list but I guess it doesn't help? Because it's been a couple months and I'm still getting calls on a weekly basis. UGH!!!

I get calls from these asshats regularly, as well.  Usually they go to my answering machine, but the other day I answered one "live".  They usually go along the lines of, "This is a call for Fluffles B. McSquishyBear*.  ... If you are not this person, please hang up now."  So.... I hang up, or delete the mesage on my machine at that point since, well, I'm not Fluffles.  What gets me is that they keep friggin' calling.   Hey, dimwits.... I HUNG UP.. I am not that person you are looking for.  Grab a clue!

*Not the name they leave, of course, but the name left is usually so mush-mouth garbled, that I can't make out exactly for whom they are looking.
