The information given regarding the location from which the order was placed is incorrect. It apparently is not a phone number, or it has no relevance to whoever made the fraudulent purchase.  I have received no reply from DIET HEALTH regarding this charge.

A fraudulent charge of $85.65 was made with my credit card on 6/5/12 using a Pennsylvania phone # 215-7021553. I live in Ohio and have a 513 area code. There were several other charges from different places, which apparently are being shipped to my address. ?????  If/when it arrives here, I will refuse the package and I expect the charge to be reimbursed.  If there were ongoing charges for more shipments, please CANCEL THEM NOW. NO one is available at the above number until Monday, 6/11/12 after 9 am EDT.
