It's NCO Financial, a debt collector. They call every day for the last 8 months or so. Wanna know how to get them to stop ? Pay your f****ng bills.

call your bank, dont let them take your money!  ignore them

These people, NCO Financial started calling me out of the blue.  I don't have any delinquent debts and I am going to contact my local police department.

Got a call, and the guy didn't know who he was looking for.  He had a name, but no ID information.  I am not the one that he is looking for, and can prove it.  

They must id themselves with contact information.  Write them a letter making them prove that you owe them money.  When they can not show that you owe them, they must legally stop the collection activities directed at you.  If they refuse, and they probably will, get a lawyer and sue them.  I sued Wells Fargo, and they wrote checks to me and the lawyer.  They owe all costs of the litigation by the law.  As I understand it, it was just a cost of doing business for WF, but that kind of a sting to a small company would probably get their attention.  

Collection companies disregard the law because no one holds them accountable.  Resolve to make them miserable when they break the law, they deserve it.

JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER. WAS A RECORDING TOLD ME TO WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT I FINALLY HUNG UP.

Keep calling a trama triage center.  Called back several times to tell them they had a wrong number doesn't seem to phase them.

They just called my cell phone and left a recorded voicemail to call back a name that I could not understand.  They also did not even say who they are calling for, as I don't know that they are actually trying to reach me.  I'm going to block this number.  Eff off, dirtbags, communicate with me IN WRITING,  like you are supposed to.  And if it's not for me, communicate with that person in writing, like you are supposed to.

I have never receive information by mail from this company and they refused to send a mail request, I have no idea what this is about and they refuse to answer on the phone unless I give them my personal information. ???????

KEEP CALLING A DIRECT ER LINE KEEP TELLING THEM THAT, BUT THEY STILL CALL ATLEAST ONCE A WEEK.

THEY CALL EVERY TUESDAY JUST LIKE CLOCK WORK, BEFORE NOON.

This company is NCO Financial Systems a debt collection agency.  They have been calling me for about 6 months now over a medical debt from 2 years ago.  I'm disabled and in the process of filing for SSI.  I have no money and cannot work.  I'm not sure what I'm going to do but the good thing is that the calls coming in are robo calls.  I've only spoken to a live rep once and they are not friendly or sympathetic to my situation.  Oy!  Not sure what I'm going to do.

Just got a call from this number today. They said they were a debt collector and wanted my birthdate to verify it's me. I refused because I'm not giving that on the phone. They wouldn't tell me what it was about, except that it was about my account. They wouldn't give any information to me unless I gave them my birthdate or social security number. I refused. They said they got a check from me. If they really are a debt collector then why would they cal me if they got a payment? I was totally suspicious and ended the call.

I have been receiving same calls from NCO financial Inc. debt collectors since Feb. They call so early in the morning and late at night to annoy you. I was pregnant then, having troubles of sleeping and now i have a baby they still call, give me a made up name and phone number. Then they say I have a specific confirmation code. So I should call back and verify my personal information... I am like, really!!! You don't even know who I am, what or who do I owe. They have no proof that I owe someone. I have rejected and blocked their number. How can I complain about them and make them stop calling. They should have shut down for good for harassing people inconvenient time and plus their calls are a scam. It is illegal anyway so why authorities don't do anything about this annoying situation?

they just don't listen when you tell them,i am not who they are looking for.i am a male not a female.do i sound like a girl...they always reply no. anyways we got my elderly parents a cell phone recently and my mom said she had been recieving calls from 8007851426 & 8662651913 looking for a michelle.i almost fell over.she also told them nobody by that name lived there or even belong to our family with that name,that didn't stop them they still called both my parents numbers.so i called nco financial today at their 8665459262 number to report they are harrassing my elderly parents.boy they have so many excuses how they got their numbers,but they are also full of crap.i told the person they have harrassed me wich i dont mind,because i dont owe anybody any money & my name is not michelle.but i find out you are also bothering my elderly parents...now you did it..i am not a happy camper now,matter of fact they pissed me off.i told the girl at nco if they continue to bother my parents at the 2 numbers i gave her that i will take further action.she stated that my parents numbers will be removed from the system.guess i will have to wait & see.hope she was telling me the truth.

Just talked to someone after they called my 12 year olds cell.....she then had the nerve to ask me for my SSN, told her that has nothing to do with my child and then told me the name of the person they are trying to reach, I then again had to tell her that she called a 12 YEAR OLD CHILD!!!!! AGAIN, not who they were looking for......ughhhhhh

800-785-1426...NCO. Keep harassing me, but the person they want hasn't had this number in almost 2 years.

This NCO calls me to on my NEW cell number, a lady asks me to hold for someone else and when I ask several times for the purpose of the call, she repeats my first name mispelled and apparently she does not know my lastname, which made me suspiscious right away. The purpose i finally learn after showing my annoyance is "personal matter"....regarding "What"? She could not tell me. By the time I held for the second person I was already on the defensive and made it clear that if they could not tell me immediately how they got my cell number, who they are looking for and the purpose of the call I would report them!  I am very greedy with my information nowadays with all the identity thefts that are plaguing our State especially...besides I was one of the many victims.  I finally hang up and asked that they do not ever call me back or else... the call happened this afternoon not even 4 hours ago! After reading all your stories, I am going to report them next and add my name to the consumer help unit to lobby to "Stop NCO Financial".  Thanks for sharing! MAK

KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS #..EVEN THOUGH I DO NOT OWE ANY1...FINALLY DEBT FREE & INTEND 2 STAY THAT WAY....CALLING MY LAWYER ABOUT THIS HARRASSMENT FROM THEM...

Getting calls about a debt collection that is not mine.  They are calling more and more frequently and are extremely rude and threatening.  The last call was wanting me to confirm all kinds of personal information and when I requested the forms by mail, they said they were marking my account as failure to comply and the collection would continue.  That must mean the harassment will continue.....Thank god they only get to talk to my machine......

I am in Dallas and they have called me. They wanted my birthday and then they wanted my SS#. I told them nothing but ask what they wanted. They told me I owed someone. I told them how could that happen - I owe no one. Best I can tell they are a scam totally. If they are not a scam, why don't they send me a letter?

I just got a message from this number saying it was Tele Files. Never heard of them. No name given as to whom they were looking for. Just said they were a debt collection agency and needed to call them back at the 1-800-785-1426.

I got the same thing just yesterday. Doesnt say who they need or the reason for call.

Considering that the only debts I owe are for medical bills that I couldn't afford and my insurance didn't cover, I'd bet it's a medical debt collector

I have been receiving harassing phone calls from this number for about 4 or 5 months now. It is NCO Financial systems which claims to be a debt collection agency. They keep telling me I owe them money when I don't. I looked up the company name and found out they are illegally soliciting money from people claiming they owe a debt. They are a real debt collection agency but all they do is scams for the most part. If they call you make a police report.
