Got a call today for our controller. Calling from DF King Inc on behalf of Manager's Funds. Says he needs him to vote at a shareholders meeting on August 20, 2013. I asked why our plan administrator isn't calling us. He just kept repeating himself with where he was calling from, and on behalf of whom.

Frequently calls about Paypal Proxy Service. Any legitimate proxy should come in the mail or email both of which addresses Paypal already has. This must be a scam.

Some guy calls and tells me I need to vote for a PAYPAL proxy. So I ask him to email it to me. He says, "What's your email". I say, "if your from PAYPAL why don't you have my email address in my account information?".
Makes me suspicious and I'm not sure they are legitimate.
If they are for real, this is a boneheaded way to get proxy votes.
