Don't have any idea who it is,calls for different people I know all the time at all times, leaves a message saying " This message is foe "someones name" if this isn't "someones name hang up there will be a 3 second pause,This is to inform you we are a collection agency collecting a debt,please call 1800-795-5585.    I have reported this same message under different numbers,they heve changed numbers and still calling people. Sorry, no call from me. It is illegal to put a persons name in a message. It is done electronicaly,computerized,doesn't sound like it's a US person speaking.
