i keep getting a call from 800-798-3701 and no one answers when i say hello this is annoying

My elderly dad keeps getting phone calls on his cell from this number.  He is hard of hearing and this is getting annoying!

I called back and an automated answer asked for social security # to "find" my account; what account, they didn't say.  Identity theft, clearly.

Automated voice called looking for wrong person.  They don't know me or my name.  Left a message that said "It is important that you call 1-800-798-5156."  Quit the BS !! I don't know what they want other than to sell me something I don't need.

Call while I was at work, they asked for my ex_brother in law. I don;t know how they got my number, or linked his name to this number. I tried to call back, no answer.

They said that they could persue legal ligation against me if I didn't pay a 670 dollar bill! I didn't owe anyone money! But I had to pay before the cops came and arrested me or they took me to court to sue me!

Got a call from this number and also from 800-868-6401.  It says "it this," and then it goes to an automatic voice recorder... I hang up.  I'm not liking the fact that they are using my minutes for nothing...  I've put them in my phonebook at DO NOT RESPOND!!!

I just got a call myself from 1-800-798-3701.  A girl asked if it was BLAAA and they always get my name wrong anyway so i said sure... and then it kicked me to a receorded voice at which point i hang up... i'm went right away to google and typed the number and got to this page... i'm glad i found it, now i'm not worried about this call...  People have nothing better to do than annoy working people!!!

They just called me it's @ 7:19 pm but when i answered my dog barked really loud in the receiver and they didn't say anything after that. they call all the time though and they've left messages. i know i dont owe anyone any money!

How can we get together to stop this activity?

Same number. After many calls I decided to answer and let them know they had the wrong number.  They kept asking for Natoshia somebody.  Needless to say
that is not my name.  When I confronted them, they were very rude and wanted
to know my name in order to  verify with my telephone co. that this was my number. After questioning them as to why they needed my information, they claimed this would help me stop the calls.  Guess what!  Still getting the calls.
It is a companies responsibility to know their cliants correct number, they are undoubtly not very reliable.  Stop harrassing people not even associated with your company!  We pay our telephone bill and it is our number!!! You have no right to be calling and using our minutes.

Automated call that tries to lure you in with "important personal business" matter

It is Watson/Nelson.  I called the number back, and when a human picked up the phone, I asked why they called me and they hung up.  I have no known bad debts.

Don't know these people, I don't owe anyone money.... they won't stop calling... .it's always automated

I have answered and told them twice in the past, Wrong number. Nobody by this name at this number. They just don't give up. Very annoying!
Their callback # on my answering machine is 800 840 4786 for a very important personal message.

This is the response to a complaint I filed with the National DNC list.

(1) "The phone number you entered 800-798-3701 is currently not on the National Do Not Call Registry."

(2) "The phone number you entered 800-840-4786 is currently not on the National Do Not Call Registry."

I have and use verizon iobi services. What a wonderful thing/tool to have.
You can use your PC to see who is calling you and block them forver and it will never ring your house and you can select forward the calls to ring them back to the 800 number that they are calling you from, costing them mony back.

They call a couple times a day...not as bad as some other collection places, like washington mutual, but even if you tell these people you are on a no call list, if you owe them money, they will keep calling.  It should be against the law to harass you like that

This outfit has a lot of toll free numbers they hide behind. I told them months ago, there was no person at the number they called and don't call back. Well, guess what?????????????????
YUP! They call again & again & again.......
They don't get the picture.
