I entered in this contest just for sh!ts and giggles, they called me and my friend back that entered too. Sent us both letters in the mail saying we won 50 g's, we would just have to call and claim our prize..such bullsh!t..they call me at least five times a day even though I have hung up every time. Number that they have been calling on 866-804-8590. The lady at the mall knew I'm under 21 so she told me to lie and say over 25, clearly this s*** isn't real, lol.

Yesterday they called my daughter at work and informed her she had a 1 in 4 chance of winning a car ( she did enter contest at local mall and they said which mall) the catch she needs to be 21, to win a car really. They wanted to meet with her and someone over 21 to make arrangements for her 3 day trip all expenses paid, today get slip in mail states she needs to drive there with spouse or parents over age 21. I also notice she checked off she owns her house, no wonder her friends didn't win. On phone they said she had chance to win car, shopping spree, or $1000.00 cash , on the paper the trip is one of the prizes she could win so you drive, with your gas, take time off from work to stay and listen tsales pitch for a weekend sounds like wasted time and money to me.

They called me last week, the next day I got my voucher they were talking about. I told them I couldnt do it for a couple of weeks. I wanted to research it first before I agree on the appointment.

put in for this at my local mall. and received a letter couple months later stating i had won and to call and claim our prize. 1-866-8590 susan murray.

So in case any of your potential victims weren't sufficiently insulted by your little 800 notes tirade, they can always go to the "presentation" and get more! Self selected suckers that is.

Y'all sound like conspiracy theorist or something lol for those of u in Texas, it's probably silver leaf resorts. It's just a timeshare presentation takes about 90minutes depending on how weak minded u are and ur ability to say no! Obviously if u see something ur interested in take advantage of it, if not great it's not for everyone but at least educate yourself with the experience . If everyone was to simply get on google and believe what ever other people posted anytime something sparked suspicion then we would all be screwed wouldn't we???

Cant believe they would freakin lure kids to sign all this crap at hurricane harbor!!! I kept questioning them about it and they said it was 100% fine, that its not something bad ...... they should really fix this, and definitely be removed from the park!

Entered at the Mall, Got the same phone Call as you all. I would Urge you folks to call them back and record when they talk to you. I immediately cancelled and they gave me a spiel about how they're not a scam and people actually enjoy themselves. I have to admit that I liked the thought of winning something but I can see the the scam factor here. The first guy named Kameran tells me "You can just show up 5 min and you get one of the four major prizes." I asked alot of questions because I was suspicious about the whole thing and he reassured me "You won 100% and all you have to do is show up and pick up your prize" He sold me on the idea. When I called back I can hear the boss screaming in the back "Good Job sir 15 confirmed appointments, 10 confirmed let's keep it up!" So i know he was working in a fast paced call center (From my own previous experience as a telemarketer). Anyway I video recorded the conversation I had when i spoke to them again, and the second rep was very cautious of what she said. There's definately a way to litigate on their practices but they will always use the initial entry form as a contract, where they will claim the consumer knowingly signed consent to their terms. What it doesnt account for is the numerous false promises the call reps issue that are contrary to what actually happens. I havent read of anyone actually winning a grand prize, but alot of "exotic trips" which are obviously are connected to Silver Leaf resort, hence continual profit. This is why I urge all of you who have been contacted, to not answer any 800 numbers and then call them back ready to record the conversation. The more instances of false promises, the more substantial the claim when it comes to class action litigation. If anyone has actually won anything other than a trip please do share!

Entered a car or cash giveaway at Almeda Mall in Houston. Have been recieving calls from an unknon number while I was at work (817)522-5885 so I didnot pick up until I got annoyed by the calls so i called the number back and they asked for my phone number, well commen sense tells me that these are telemarketers so i hung up. They called mebavk and told me that i had won the prize from the entry at the mall, i was supprise but once they got to talking i got suspicius, well they eventually told me it had to do with time shares i was like yeah it sounded too good to be true they assured me that i would still be recieving a gift. I would have to do scratch off and see what i would win and if i didnt win anything that there was another scratch off on the back that would be money or shopping spree. I made the appointment but then cancelled it after checking online. Yup it's a scam, don't fall for it. Read a previous post that sounded just like this one so i wouldnt even waste my time, oh and by the way i reported AVC to the BBB for false advertising looks like this company has alot of complaints.

Ya same here! Local mall raffel. But it wasn't my handwriting and they had all my info, address, # they knew I was left handed! And it said to my spouse and I..... um I'm not married... and NOT even old enough to drive or do the raffel..... CONFUSING!!!!!!

Got a letter today. From susan murry. Saying the same thing.  I entered a drawing at the Texas Ranger Ball park...had to guess how many baseballs were in the container, they even sent me my entry back. I hate time shares! The only call I'm making  in 72 hours is to the shredder machine.  I didn't think the TX Rangers in Arlington would have scammer in the park...Goes to show you, you can't trust any organization.

My Fiance just received one of those letters today in the mail it was on a white paper with lots of bold lettering. He received a check-like blue paper for him to confim his information he called and things seems real. Idk we are considering going down there. I mean I here no one actually experienced.going threw the total experience to really pass judgment. We might try it out and I will update everyone later this year.
