I'm being billed by this company name " MOBILE ACCESS BILLING" . Don't know why & can't get intouch with them. The customer service # is 1-800-811-1810. Billing amount $39.95 monthly. I'm not paying it. i feel like it's a scam. CHECKING MY CREDIT REPORT!!!!!

Today I got a text message from Mobile Access Company saying I recently made a purchase of 39.95 and I need to call this number. I looked on their website and sure enough it says I owe that much then I went on here and see its a scam but we havent gotten bills in the mail. If I do what should I tell my parents I never purchased anything :/

I recieved multiple calls and messages from this company (mobile access billing).  They claimed that i owed 200 dollars but they will split the deal so i only have to pay 100.  I am so worried now i do not know what to do if i ignore this, they said it can get messy such as goon to court and all of these things.  Should i ignore this and what should i do if they keep calling.  I panicked and accidentally i payed 50 dollars.  I dont know what to do now.  What do you guys say?  Has anyone ignored this and if so what happened?  PLEASE I NEED HELP!!!! :(

Yo wtf, I'm 14 and been getting calls and text from them, after reading all of this, they can s*** a d***, cause so what they know your phone number.

I got them I lied and say everytime that I'm a 13 year old boy who's parents died and is being taken care of by a sick brother, and they talk maby 10 of nothing after most of the time then hand up, or they just keep saying your still responsible.

Is an adult website mobile phone thing?? I'm fking fourteen, I stick to da free ones ;), jk jk that how you know I'm now not scared


P.s. lots of peopl might do gpt sites and some offers may messes u over like that be careful

I only have a landline and am in Canada where this company you speak does not  provide service.  BUT I get 2 calls every second day, and sometimes, they make a run of it and call every day, they say nothing, and hang up on me.   I hope they bill me for mobile phone usage as that would be their biggest mistake due to where I live and my lack of a mobile phone... good luck guys, they are a scam, so Vanessa and the rest, just ignore them, there is nothing they can do to you.

I just got my "SECOND NOTICE" for the second time--the first second notice on Friday or Saturday.  I phoned the US Postal Inspection Mail Fraud area.  They have this company on file and are sending me the fraud complaint form to add to their collection.  You can also find the form at  https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/mailfraudcomplaint.aspx.

I too just recieved a bill for 39.95 from Mobile Access Billing 26500 W Agoura Rd #102-128 Calabasas, CA 91302.  Not sure what to do about this, I can tell it's fraudulant.  If anybody gets any good information on what we should do, please fill us in.  I can't stand these kind of people, as if things are not hard enough already with our economy. My fiance had the same thing happen. He finally got ahold of something, it is a scam saying that you registered for some HD Porn mobile subscription. Dont call them because once you do , they see your caller ID thats how they get your name. When my fiance asked them "ok tell me who i am" they said Amanda N******* which clearly is not a mans name and they just used the name on the caller id that they got. They pick random addresses and they do that. Just keep throwing them away. its just an annoyance.

Same here! I got a text message for the same charge of $39.95. When i called them up, i asked them what the charge was for. they could not tell me what the charged all that money for. I told the lady that i dont have a credit card, so i cant even order anything online or on my phone. She told me that i have to "go to the store, buy a debit/credit card and call here back to make a payment in order to stop any more additional charges." This is a joke, and unbelievable.

My 90 year old dad has been getting these bills, too!  I called Mobile Access & blocked my number.  I told the guy that they are a scam and that my dad has even been in the hospital! He told me not to accuse them of being a scam and got rude.  I asked him what service they provide.  He stumbled around and finally told me it is adult services. I explained that my dad's phone is actually mine and not one service from them was ordered (how disgusting) and he proceeded to tell me that their services were ordered on a date in March from number 951 something or other.  I started laughing then and said "That's funny, that isn't my dad's number! I didn't give you any number and I blocked my number so you have no idea who is even calling. I guess that proves you are a scam." This guy did not ever even ask for a customer number!  He finally said, "Oh whatever".  Sounds like a real  professional...haha...but then I guess if you sell porn, you aren't much above a worm anyway!

i recieved 2 Text messages this afternoon the first message was from 8323126421 and states "please call 800-810-2009 with ? or to pay. cust# 1204963"
at first i was going to ignore the text but right after i read that message another text came in from 7026833471 stating "this msg is from MOBILE ACCESS BILLING for your recent purchase in the amount of $39.95."

when i called the 800# they werent hepful at all. i have a 39.95 charge and i had no clue where it came from. and the company charging me was helpful at all ... all the reps where rude and unprofessional even the supervisors.

the many reps/sups i spoke with i only got this info
someone maned mathew lye somewhere in virginia was the account holder and his card declined was the reason i was being contacted .... they claimed the account had to be activated by "mathew" entering my number and then confirming the account with the pin number they sent to MY phone number,

i ended up speaking with a supervisor name Gary West. I began the call like others may i have your corporate info (usually his is when a rep would place me on hold ten transfer me to another rep.)
he stated "NO! Who is matthew"
i replied i was wondering the same thing, im having some problems and i would like to form a Corporate Complaint.
he answered the way to form a complaint is threw me and whats your problem someone used your phone now your not paying.
i began to tell him id spoken with several reps and i would like the corporate info but i didnt get that far
he interupted and said well your responsible for what happens on your phone.
i asked him what was hhis rep # he wouldnt give it to me instead he spoke over me and said you have my name thats all you need im the only one here named gary west
i asked what location he was at and was there any other offices
he cut me off and said look im asking the questions here if you want help your going to listen.
i stated to him i was the customer and he was to hear what i had to say
mr. west used my words against me and stated if your despruting ths claim then your not a custimer are you saying you subscribed.
i began to speak to mr. west a little about econmicas supply nad demand. there care consumers and there are producers

by that time me and mr. west where fighting for words he was talking over me and i was him.
i kept asking him to be professional and he kept conplaining i wa telling him how to do his job.
by the end of this conversation he stated stop telling e how to do my job, are you my mother?
i stated no your mothers a bit@# thats why you act like this.
HE HUNG UP ON ME. (i dont blame him)

I did call write back and ask for Gary West surprisingly i was connected directly to him. when he answered i simply said ITS ME AGAIN.
H e was upset and only said to me we will start an investigation and write your account off as a courtesy and have my number blocked from them calling me AND me calling them....

this was an unwanted unexpected headache.... this all just happened less than an hour ago ill have to wait some time before i know if he was serious or just getting me off the line.

I just opened my letter/past due invoice too from Mobile Access Billing....  No email address, no period of service annotated, no detail of the charges. This is a fake invoice. Even the date is abnormal - says 'Monday, April 30, 2012'... Never in my life have I received an invoice telling me the day of the week!!! Don't be a sucker.

I also recieved numerous bills, phone calls and text messages from Mobile Access Billing, stating I had an unpaid balance of $119.85. My wife and I both tried calling numerous times, at different times of the day and night. No Answer, No answering machine/voicemail of any kind. My wife finally got someone on the phone. She stated to my wife that quote, " Your husband is buying porn behind your back and he needs to "Man-Up" and pay his bill".
My wife asked to speak to her supervisor, and the rude woman claimed she was the boss.  
This woman wanted money for something I knew nothing about. We are going to file a police report and stop this harassment.

I got a bill too.  I called the 1-800-811-1810 number and spoke to the rudest person ever.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor.  I then asked for him to repeat the name of the person who gave my name and address for billing.  He then said he didn't have a name.  Then he accused me of lying and threatened to call the number the down loads went to.  I told him to make the call.  He then hung up on me.  I brought the bill to the police and made a complaint and know its a filed case.  I suggest everyone does this.

Called them up today (and got through!).  I started off by asking "who are you and why do I keep getting bills from you".  The rep claimed that someone had signed up with my name and address with a different cell phone number.  He said they would close the account.  We'll see.  Why would you make an account in the first place without verifying that the phone number matched the address?

To be fair, he was polite and helpful.

The plot thickens!  Got another bill today with an additional $39.95 added on (total now $79.90) with the same reference to "PunishTubeMobileHD 3 Day Free Trial" mentioned by Wendy.  Ironically it was in my mailbox right under a card from the USPS acknowledging they received my complaint. :)

Even if I was interested in that sort of service, watching porn on my phone would be quite a challenge, since it's an old non-smartphone with a tiny screen and doesn't play movies anyway.

Okay so my husband got a call from a woman claiming to b from mobile access billing and she continued on to tell my husband he had ordered some type of porn on his phone and would cancel his subscription after he paid the $39.95, my husband tried 2 explain 2 her he didn't do anything like tht she then started yelling at him telling him he was going 2 pay it and on & on & on until my husband hung up. Well today we got a bill in the mail stating the same thing, well I got on the internet and typed in MOBILE ACCESS BILLING CALABASAS CA and much 2 my suprise there is such a company named MOBILE ACCESS BILLING but it is in las vega NV! They have the same phone # but this company is a scam and who answers the phone at almost 2am " um um customer service" and never asks for a account # or anything a normal company would. I called and told them I am going 2 call the BBS(Better business bureau) Monday morning and report them.
