This number calls me and try I call it back. I cannot leave a message

From my experience, you should NEVER call this jerk back. Some of my friends answered their phones and he called them everyday for some time because they talked to him. He actually told them they had to pay this money for who knows what or they would be arrested as well as cursing at them. Can you believe it???

We had a brief 2 month long break. He has started calling my mother again and left another threatening message and talked until the answering machine cut off. This time the caller ID came up as 000-000-0000. I have started another log and asking everyone he calls about us to save the messages. I am going back to the police if the calls start like they were some months ago. How can anyone get away with this? The police officers say they can find absolutely NO information. I even paid to get an address or something associated with the 800 number and the company gave me my money back saying it was cancelled with no explanation. Please update this forum as we can all gather and share information. A family should not have to live like this!

I just received a call from this number. Had one about 6 months ago and then nothing until now.  Some man threatening me and my daughter about a bad check (which neither of us know anything about) and threatening to fax employer and garnish wages.  Claiming the DA is about to get involved.  When I try to call the number back, I get a fast busy!

I started receiving calls from this number by Robert Hernandez a month ago telling us we had worthless checks and cursed at us and threatened to have us locked up if we didn't pay him. He has called our friends and families and threatened them as well. I have placed several police reports and they are having trouble finding this deadbeat. My mother just received a call on her cell phone. Who is this guy, how is he getting all these phone numbers? Please update this forum if anyone finds out.

I too have received a call in the past from a Robert Henandez and sending my employer a fax and threatening me as well for an account I know nothing about. The CFO of our Company told him to stop calling.  Now about a year later, I am getting a call from the same # but with a different agent name. He has cursed at me called me a theif, a fugitive and a terrible mother. This is harrassment.

I too have received threatening calls from 1-800-813-6810. I have left a message a no return call from this place. The guys name is Robert Hernandez and with Spartan Recovery and Legal Services. This man sent a fax to my place of work and threatening me if I dont respond within 48 hours, I would go to jail my job would be jeopardized. This is horrible and it is fraud.

My mother keeps getting calls from this number about a relative's supposedly delinquent account. The caller threatens to have a lien placed on my mother's house. The caller will not give her any account information, or the creditor's name. I called the number given, 800-813-6810, and a computer voice told me to hold, then the call ended 15 seconds later.
