A friend told me about this site when I mentioned doing business with one Source Telecom and I am very surprised to see so many negative comments. I was only called a few times I was always busy, my partner actually gave them our information for a quote and when he brought it to me I called right away. I was able to get money back to buy out the rest of my contract with my other carrier and saved almost 200.00 a month with all my services combined including now my company cell phone. It had takin longer than what I expected but the sales rep Leo Caswell that I was dealing with was always able to give me updates and didn't waste and time returning my calls. I have been very happy with my experince with this company.

I have asked AT&T numerous times to stop calling me, but they are relentless. They called me twice within a 3 hour span on 11/4/09 and once today. I wish there was something we could do to sue these people!!

The name of the office manager at One Source Tele is Trever Mrachek.  Their address is 6416 Northwest Fifth Way, Fort Lauderdale, FL  33309.

I have asked them not to call, and then they called every five minutes for a half an hour.  Each time I aked for their address, I got a different one, so there is no guarantee the one listed is real.

These people are a**holes.  If any of you reading this are radicals or looking for someone to beat the s**t out of, this is a good company on which to take out your physical aggressions.

Please, everyone who gets a call from these telemarketers please go to the FCC website and fill out a Form 1088.  It is the only way to try and stop them.  Most of the calls I get from this company are abandoned but some have a live person trying to sell my AT&T.  They claim they are AT&T unless you press them, which means they are lying, which is fraud.  No matter who they claim they are representing it is imperative we bombard the FCC with complaints, on these and all of the other telemarketers.

Working the desk for my company, this number called.  I picked up the phone and heard a ring, then a man said "Hello?" as if I had called him.  I also said hello, then he asked if this was the company I worked for. I said that it was and he hung up.  Bizarre…

Similar experience - got a call - I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize - and I didn't get a message.

If the above comment is true, that's a real bummer. I've been pleased thus far with the Clearwire service and support. I'd hate to see them employing such tactics.

It was Clearwire, who I have an account with. Like the post by Sean on Sep. 15th, they are trying to get you to upgrade to their PC card service, saying it's 49.99 a month. Sounds like a good deal but I am afraid to buy anything over the phone.

I have been getting calls from them DAILY for the past month.  I do not pick up calls from numbers I don't recognize, as I only have a cell phone.  They never leave a message.  I've tried to call the number back a couple of times, but I just get sent into voice mail limbo.  The people who eventually answer the phone aren't very upfront about what company this is that they work for, or why they are calling.  When I pressed for an answer, I was directed to some person's voice mail, which sounded highly unpfrofessional.  Again the person never stated the company they worked for, and stammered throughout their voice mail message.  Needless to say I didn't leave a message, the last thing I need is more annoying phone calls from them.  I am supposedly on the national "do not call list" but that hasn't stopped people from this number calling me repeatedly.  Does anyone know how to make this stop???

Received this call 3 times last week, and caller finally left a voice mail (As a rule I don't pick up numbers I don't recognize). The call was from Clearwire, my ISP, and the agent left their callback #. I called their number and extension. The call was for a trial of new equipment to test. They did ask for account information, but they were able to bring on a legit Clearwire rep who knew the answers to my security questions, and when I checked my account online minutes later I could see they had made the promised changes to my account.

In short, this was not a telemarketer, but a legitimate call from a company I do business with.

Deceptive sales tactics from for Clearwire from this number.  Got a call yesterday saying Clearwire would like me to do some beta testing of a Clearwire's new AIR CARD since I am an existing customer of Clearwire.  They said no fees or charges and would contact me after the 7 day test period to get my feedback and provide instructions about returning the card.  They said I may be able to keep it if I wanted to but there was no obligation.

Due to some technical matters I called Clearwire they stated one potential cause was that there was a new hold on my account.  So now I ask about the beta test and what was really going on.  TURNS OUT THE REALITY IS THEY SIGNED ME UP FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICE AND I HAD 7 DAYS TO CANCEL - NO BETA TESTING WHATSOEVER.  When  I complained to the Clearwire rep she said she would send an email to have them research it and get back to me.  Today I get a call from someone who identifies himself as a Clearwire Sales Manager,  turns out he called from this 800# and is most likely a OneSource employee.  Even after I explained he maintained that calling a 7 day cancellation/return policy was beta testing, and not deceptive, even though the obligation to cancel was on the customer.  He sensed my outrage and refused to give me his name and employer and ultimatley hung up on me.  VERY DECEPTIVE AND DISHONEST EVEN AT THE MANAGER LEVEL - STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

They work for AT&T DUH... they are an outside company that is contracted by AT&T to harass customers and have them change to a more expensive plan, long distance and under a contract so that in case you were to cancel, AT&T can still collect and report it on your credit if you were to not pay. Our company had to pay $3000 dollars last year because they changed our plan after the new admin.asst. agreed over the phone. We had to fork over the cash and pay the cancellation of the contract. They still call, even after I had AT&T get involved. I opted to register all our numbers in the national DNC list as well as changed services to VOIP. Its cheaper and I don't get any more calls from telemarketers.

These people called me today and tried to renew my contract with AT&T.
I called AT&T while  I was talking to him.  He was shocked but did talk to the rep from AT&T.  How can they use the AT&T logo if they are not from the company?  SCARY!

Telemarketer
They call all the time.  Filing with FCC does nothing.  Now when they ask about selling me phone services "on behalf of ATT" I say that we don't use phones.  They say, "but what about the phone I'm talking to on right now?".  I say, "You just think you are talking to me.  It's all in your head.  You're imagining things again.  You now need to take off all your clothes and go to the post office".  I've given up on the FCC Do Not Call list because they're as useless as teats on a boar hog.  I just screw with their minds and have fun doing it.  Next time you get a call from them ask the caller if he/she is naked right now.

We actually switched over to AT&T Mobility because this guy offered us the same service at the same price with better coverage for our area.  They also promised us a credit for the early termination fees we were going to pay with our previous cell phone provider.  The credit was supposed to be on our AT&T Mobility bill within the first 3 billing cycles.  We just started the 4th billing cycle and I still have not seen the credit ($800).  I consider it a lesson learned but I plan to hold AT&T responsible since they are aware of these people marketing their product.  I, fortunately have the name of the supervisor, Leo, and his extension.  They have been very nice to me and continue to promise that this is a valid credit, but I am beginning to have my doubts.  AT&T will pay for this if we do not get the credit.

Telemarketer
This call came from Michael who said he is with AT&T and said we are paying an outrageous amount for long distance.  He wanted to sign us up for a year at a lower rate.  I told him I just talked to someone several weeks ago (which I initiated), and he told me there is no record of it in "the computer."
