I've been receiving text messages from Offerspotusa,com once a week for the past 3 weeks. The message is: rents for $176 a month on forclosed homes. These messages should be stopped immediately!

Why and how? I got a text that said "Call this number"

I kept receiving these messages also and I just replied

And I got a text message back saying they were sorry to here I wanted to
Opt out and I haven't received anymore text messages from them but you have to write stop
In capital letters and alot of times

I RECIEVED THIS MESSAGE ON MY CELL PHONE TODAY. DONT HAVE A CLUE HOW THEY GOT MY NUMBER BUT THEY NEED TO LEAVE US POOR PEOPLE ALONE! THIS ECONOMY IS BAD ENOUGH AN HAS US ALL STRESSED ENOUGH! WE NEED JOBS, FOOD, BETTER WAGES AN AFFORDABLE PLACES TO LIVE. SO HOW DARE THEY PLAY ON PEOPLES EMOTIONS LIKE THIS, GET OUR HOPES UP AN FOR WHAT? US TO BE SCAMMED PAY MORE ON OUR CELL BILLS. WHAT RIGHT DO THEY HAVE. THEIR MESSAGE CAME FROM OFFERSPOTUSA.COM AN SAID I COULD RENT FOR 176.00 FORECLOSED HOUSES AN RENT A YEAR THE BUY.. THIS IS A SCAM,  These people suck!  If you want to stop it, then stop bitching and report it to the FCC.  All you need to do is google FCC Complaint.  Check off telemarketing/ pre-recorded messages/ do not call list. Press next and check off live telemarketing calls(including do not call) pre-recorded message, text message, unsolicited comm e-mails, war dialing on a wireless phone.  Then go to online form and fill out your FCC complaint.  Don't rely on someone else to do it.  The FCC needs to hear from everyone on this site who is getting harassed by this company.  In the meantime I hope the enablers of this company suffer a tragic slow painful death.

Just got another call on renting forclosures, had too many over the past months. How do you get them to stop?  This is costing me money as I do not have text allowances on my phone.

I as well hav gotten this message repeetdly for the past 3 months. I have been on the Do not call list and have just reupped. So I have reported you to the Do not call registery.

I have received this message at least five times and am on the Do not call list.I don't know how to stop these messages about rentals and cars for sale.

I do not have text messaging and hopefully will not be charged for these messages.

Any solutions?

I have been receiving periodic, unsolicited text messages from OfferSpotUSA.com recently.  I do not have text messaging in my phone plan, so they are not onlya nuisance, but also contribute to an increased cell phone bill.

When I got this text I was upset. I am in agreement with the extent of how solicitors are invading what should automatically be a law against, that's costing the consumer money for unwarranted solicitations. I have just joined the National Do Not Call Registry and registered my unlisted and private number. If within the next thirty (30) days this occurs again then a real serious action will be brought against this company on several grounds. It will make this nation stand up take notice and shut down all doors to this type of abuse.  It stole 159B from my text account.
