I also was scammed by Now or Never and is part of the Attorney Generals Law suite. There is not much hope in getting our money back since Now or Never has no money in their accounts. The same goes for Richard Kenney. They know how to hind the money. Does anyone know if he has any other companies or any other information about him?

Sites that tell the truth about your filthy tired old scam sure make it tough to find new victims huh?

Good! Glad to hear it directly from one of the crooks yourself. Lighten up on the exclamation points by the way, you're plenty unbelievable with them.

Now it's back to the boiler room with you. Thanks for playing.

We sent the vouchers in and were hoping to do the free cruise.  The "free" cruise ends up costing more than it does to book it directly from the cruise line.  Do NOT do this!

We were dumb enough (Hudson WI) to buy the line of crap that Sonny was selling but I had a bad feeling when we left and quickly did more digging.  I found this thread and canceled the next day.  They are very tricky, they have 2 cancellation forms you sign one with them and one with the escrow agent.   I sent a cancellation letter to all but worked with the escrow agent before any $$ changed hands, it was just pending on my card.  The other cancellation document with them says they will take 10% if you cancel.   I sent back their little book registered mail, it cost me 38.00  but it was worth it to be done with it.  If you fall in to their trap and see this, cancel through the escrow agent within the 3 days.

TAKE HEED! DO NOT do business with the criminals that call themselves Endless Travel Vacations in Creve Coeur

Here is the link to the report done by kmov channel 4 that cardsfan alluded to. These guys are the scum of the world. They are taking advantage of innocent people. There is absolutely nothing legit about their operation. I went to one of these presentations and Corie Wilner, as the kmov 4 referred to him as, introduced himself in the presentation as Tony. He is the bald, with a fake tan, beer gut, and east coast accent that people have referred to on this thread. What a con artist! I'm not gullible enough to buy his lame sales pitch. A few couples bought during the presentation we went to. I hope they can get their money back. I never make impulsive decisions and I had a bad feeling about it as well as my wife which is why we didn't buy. They continue to come up with clever ways to drop the membership fee so we would buy just like people have reported in this thread. They claim they are affiliated with a vacation club called Indigo Vacations, that they claim has been around for 25 years and Endless Travel serves as a broker somewhat. Yeah right! You search Indigo and there is nothing credible about them being in business for this long. You would think a company that does executes scrupulous business practices would have a positive BBB record. They haven't ever applied to be accredited. Probably because Indigo is just another interchangeable name like Endless Travel, Southwest Travel, and Stratus. This scam didn't work on us and I think I will forget about redeeming the lousy cruise that you basically have to pay $600 for you and your spouse to redeem for "taxes" and there are blackout dates pretty much during all the dates that someone would want to use the voucher anyway.
I was curious about them when I got home, did research. viola! There are many things out there about these criminals.  If you look up Jack Keefe, the owner, you will find that he has been a part of these scams for years. He is listed as an owner of Southwest Travel in Tucson AZ and there is a BBB report in Tucson that reports his unscrupulous ways as well as linking him to Stratus Travel BBB in San Diego. Corie Wilner scammed people in Ohio doing the same thing he and Jack are doing in STL. These scammers set up camp in one city or travel on the road going to hotels and when the truth is revealed about who they are and what they really do, they just move the circus to the next city, change their name, and start all over again scamming innocent people. Be aware of these frauds!

WATCH THIS VIDEO! Listen to the stories of those who were taken advantage of, learn from their mistake, don't become a victim yourself, and share this information with your family and friends. If we work together we can remove this kind of trash from our community.

Telemarketer
We received a similar type of postcard advertising a free Norwegian Cruiseline Bahamas trip AND airfare. My wife is a retired flight attendant and this piqued her curisioty as "nothing is free". This website and several others showed us that the whole process is a scam.

The name of the marketing outfit was "Perfekt Marketing" with an address in Tempe, AZ. Their phone number there is 602-414-4593 and the 800# on the card was 888-831-1975.

We live in Central Oregon so anyone reading this in Oregon, beware of free Norwegian Cruise trips!!

(Does Norwegian know about this?)

I don't know if this is the same group but some company called Club Envy is now working their scam in
Ft. Wayne. Some black guy who thinks he is slick is the presenter. Say no long enough and the price keeps going down. If you get something to attend a seminar at a Marriott in Ft. Wayne don't go!

I was told by Bank of America that when there is a scam, they have people to investigate the matter and the
customer is refunded their money immediately.  I told the man that I  am compiling information to send to the
Fraud Department but he said that it was their duty to find out.

Banks can't prevent you from paying money to someone. How do you expect them to know what companies are fraudulent and what companies are not? You are the one who decided to give money to this firm, not the bank. How do you think the Bank should protect you?? And for Gods sake, now that you know it's a fraud, stop sending money.

Yep, the voucher is a scam too!  You will just have to pay money and then they won't have any travel dates left!!  Just report them so your attorney general's office can keep up with the various people that have been scammed.  If we all work together, prayerfully they will be stopped!!!

We jumped through every hoop they asked for.  Sent in the fees and still got nothing for the two free airline tickets, free car rental and $100.00.  On top of the over $6,500 they got the refundable fees and kept them.
Drive Away, Fly Away VIP, Endless Travel, Travel to Go and many many more are all in it together.

We were there last night at the address that you just listed.  Fortunately we didn't purchase the package.  We don't make $9,995 purchases without checking a company out, but there were people there last night that did.  Tony was our presenter as well.  This is just scary!  Beware of the free 7 day 6 night cruise & airfare.

Hello, we have been scammed by these guys as well!  A couple of years ago in Memphis, Endless Travel sent a post card and then came to the Holiday Inn and did oone of their presentations.  We have still been trying to pay off the $6,500,  Since we have paid about $2,000 or $2,500, we are not interested in paying the rest for absolutely nothing that they said they would do.  All we have done is pay and pay and pay and with nothing to show for it.  All the two for one tickets that really are no bargain.  The free airline tickets for 2 and the free car rental with $100 for gas...we complied with everything they asked and paid the money they requested to send, that was supposed to be refunded if there were no trips.  Nothing was as they said it would be and they are still scamming people.  Did you pay all the money up front?  We did not have a way to pay that kind of money on the spot, but Corey Willner, the same person that has been described by many other people on line that have been scammed got us a low interest rate with Bank of America...Resorts of Distinction!  Right!!    My husband is retired and I have a part-time job at our church, so we do not have the finances to be taken advantage of like this!!  Corey (or whoever he really is) told some big lie about how pastors could take their whole congregations for half the price etc.  My husband just wanted me to see if there is anyone out there still trying to pay, or do you just quit now nowing that it is all a scam and the guy is still ripping people off.  I think the bank should have some recourse since it is a scam.  At least I thought that banks would protect their clients.  Please let me know your thoughts.  Travel to Go says they have nothing to do with this Corey guy.  From all the scams that Travel to Go has done, my only thoughts are that they are all in this scam together.  Changing company names and names to keep it up.  I pray that this will stop!!  We want to be a part of helping the guys to get caught so as not to scam anyone else!! Thanks!
