This number is a known offshore phishing fraud pretending to be the Rogers billing department.  Provide no information to this scam whatsoever and block the number.

Again, this is not Rogers, it is a scam call.

Survey
Got a call from this number today but let it go to voicemail. The voicemail was an automated message claiming to be a survey asking "only one question, I have nothing to sell, in your home do you own a phone?" If yes, press 1... etc There was also an option for if you would like to be reimbursed for this call, press number. They did not leave a company name or anything so this seems quite suspect to me.

Keep getting calls from a blocked number telling me to phone 800-818-1243.  But it's always left as voice mail and since the lead-in to the msg is as long as my greeting, the explanation/identification of the caller is never recorded.  Rogers also has a false claim of unpaid bills with me, but as stated, the ID of the caller is absent.

I had the very same problem and I was suspicious. When I tried to call back, they try to answer all official "Rogers Accounts Receivable". I called Rogers, they have no such number and I have no file with them. Funny thing is Rogers don't even seem to care that someone is doing this.

Scum!

It's actually Rogers Telecom. If you have a Home Phone from Rogers, through a regular telephone line, not the cable, you're likely with Rogers Telecom. I think it's what's left from old Sprint Canada.
When you call the main Rogers number, they don't know about this one, because they're two separate systems, and not interconnected.
They are in the process of transferring accounts from Rogers Telecom to the main system at Rogers Communications, but it's going to take months before all the accounts are transferred.

They called me from this number and said I had a another phone number in my name on my cell phone account. The woman said she was from Accounts recevable  and that i owed them 40 bucks for this number. She then asked if I world like to make a "one time payment with my credit card". I disputed it and then she said she was going to "transfer" me customer relations in which i got cut off luckly cause who knows what information i would have given out. Then the very next day she calls again at exactly the same time and leaves me a message to call her at 866-403-6429. I'm going call rogers and find out whats going on to find out

A guy keeps calling me claiming to be Rogers Credit Centre saying that I have an overdue. That is not true and this is probably a fraud call.

Someone keeps calling me, claiming to be Rogers Home Phone Credit/Accounts Payable. I am usually not home to receive the call, but they leave this number to call them back. I don't have caller ID at home, so I am not sure if this is the number that would show up if they called. Anyway, they claim that I have an overdue balance, which is UNTRUE, as I track my bills and make sure they are paid on time. When I called the Rogers main phone number, they confirmed that this number is NOT a Rogers number, and that it is probably a third part calling me.
